Kelly has been cutting my hair for years now and has always done a perfect job, always cuts and styles it exactly how I have asked. The salon is lovely and has such a friendly fun atmosphere.

I went to see Kelly looking like a badger with a self inflicted strip of bleach damaged hair. She put me at ease and explained how she could rectify it. My hair now looks healthy,shiny and is a mix of warm lowlights. She has helped my confidence and self esteem. Friendly staff too.

I love this salon and Katie so much! Every single time I go she gets exactly what I mean and totally pulls through on producing my vision! I travel from the city centre just so I can come to Star and Katie every time! She’s brill and I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else now!

The vibe in the salon is always on point! Very friendly and welcoming, always offered teas and coffee’s and great chat with all the girls! Haven’t got a bad word to say! Thank you!!

Well today was big, start of my journey to my natural white/grey
I was nervous being dark all my life and always going for root touch ups, Kelly was amazing as always I don't think I'd trust anyone else she reassured me step by step all the processes explained honest opinion and preparing me for a journey to my end goal, I love her she made me feel amazing when I left no doubts at all my hair is amazing

I’ve only been going to Star Salon since October but Kelly and her lovely team make me feel like I’ve always been one of their clients! Everyone is so friendly and they go out of their way to make you feel relaxed and welcome.
Kelly is an actual colour genius and my hair has never looked better. She is so knowledgeable and explains each step of the process so you feel at ease.

Wow I am so happy to find Kelly who has worked miracles today and literally transformed my hair after several bad hair experiences. Back to blonde and I love it, it’s unreal. What a lovely salon, everyone is so friendly and welcoming.

Thanks to Kelly who managed my need to rearrange my appointment I feel recharged and refreshed and ready to go following my colour cut and finish.
Loved the banter and laughs as usual

I arrived to appointment hungover and all the girls took great care of me, even asked if I wanted a KFC ordering (they were sorting their lunch) which of course I did! Haha. Getting your hair washed in those comfy backwash chairs is heaven, above and beyond as always these Stars. Hair is fabulous as always, love my colour and cut & looking forward to getting some extensions in the new year. Best place for hair, therapy & I have now discovered a hangover! ??
