My first visit to The Colour Bar. Had full foil colour and cut and blow dry. Steph is so lovely and made me feel so comfortable and welcome. She knew exactly what I wanted and everything was perfect. Lovely chilled feeling in the salon, exactly what was needed! Thank you x

This was my 4th or 5th visit to Louise at the colour bar. Right from the start of the process of lightening my hair Louise has talked me through and advised me what's best for my hair but also listens and takes note of what I want. I am always more than pleased with the result. At this salon generally all the staff are very friendly and make me feel like a VIP.

Jan was so lovely. She took the time to ask what I wanted and took the time to think about the cut and my styling habits at home. It's always scary going short and having some hair shaved off but I honestly didn't feel scared with Jan. She didn't meet my hair hopes she smashed them and left me with a cut and style better than I hoped for. Can't wait for my next appointment. Thanks Jan.

This was my first appointment with Courtney as my usual stylist was away but she was absolutely amazing. She went through my notes checking everything before starting, she made me feel so comfortable throughout the appointment. Courtney was so thorough with my cut and colour and the finished product was amazing! Thank you so much Courtney for such a lovely relaxing time at the salon.

Sophie has done it again, another perfect colour and cut. I’d trust her with my hair anytime, she knows her job better and my hair than I do. Thank you soph

I’ve just had my hair transformed by the wonderful Alice at the townfield colour bar, and for the first time in my 31 years, I have left a salon feeling absolutely thrilled with my hair! Alice is very welcoming, listened to what my hair issues where and filled me with confidence from the get go.
My hair has always had a life of its own and so I had given up many years ago and settled for an outlook of “meh hair is hair”… however today, Alice has completely changed my view, I have come away absolutely in love with my hair! I can’t believe it’s mine! Miracle worker! Thank you so much Alice!

Jess, did an excellent job on my hair, making it blonder at the front. Very pleased with it and would recommend Jess to anyone.

Kate has done a beautiful job on my hair. I came in for a root touch up and my hair looks completely different and feels so soft and healthy. The apprentice, I think she is called Jess, is also so lovely!

I’ve been going to Sophie for a few years now and she’s amazing, she always makes my hair look fabulous and how I would like it, Wouldn’t go anywhere else! The staff are also very lovely and polite especially Jess.

Had a fabulous visit to the salon with Alice. As always, she is full of helpful advice and ideas on my new style and colour. Went for Beach Waves this time, which look gorgeous. Plus my colour is looking amazing again. Love the special little touches with the drinks and the relaxing head massage. If only I could come every week!

Love this Salon - always get well looked after. Louise is fantastic at her job and always gets my feeble explainations as to what I want.

My stylist was so lovely. The only thing I hadn’t realised is that it was an extra £20 for it to be trimmed at the end after the extensions were fitted. I thought the blending was included but that was my fault

Such a great salon with wonderful stylist and very relaxed atmosphere. Alex has been styling my hair for so many years and I always feel like it’s the first time. Perfect cut and always a great long lasting colour.

I love The Colour Bar - there is always a really friendly atmosphere while not pressuring you into the uncomfortable small talk often found in a salon! All of the staff are really knowledgeable and know how to guide you. The Colour Bar Academy is amazing too - I wouldn’t be able to afford the amazing treatments and services otherwise. Thank you!

This is only the second time that Louise has done my hair but I know it definitely won’t be the last. The experience and service that this salon provides is beyond that of any other I’ve ever been to. Everyone is so kind and welcoming and it’s a really enjoyable place to get your hair done. Not only that but my hair looks incredible each time I get it done. Could not be happier!!

Hannah has cut my hair fir around 10years. And,I have stayed with her because she gives me exactky wfat I want. A perfectlly cut hairstyle which has become my 'signature look'. I get so many positive comments about it. Thank you Hannah.

Alex is so good at doing a curly blow on my hair, it looks really soft and natural and lasts . Didn’t have my colour done today but when I do I am always pleased with it - highly recommended ?

I have been to a lot of hairdressers and this is by far my favourite one :) I had my hair done by Steph who was lovely! I’m so so please with the outcome of my hair this was my first time coming to the colour bar and I absolutely loved it the atmosphere was great and very relaxed. Steph did a great job with my hair and I can’t wait to come back

Courtney is amazing at hair colour and styles. I enjoy getting my hair done at the colour bar and especially enjoy the white hot chocolate!

Jess was very good in taking the time to find out how I would like my hair done. She also made suggestions herself.
She was pleasant and chatty and offered me a drink as soon as I arrived.
My hair looked lovely when she had finished, but unfortunately it had gone flat by the time I got home. Usually my hair holds it's style really well.

Always love having my hair done by Sophie. I came in today for a cut and explained the problems I was having with my hair. She listened and almost read my mind with the cut she suggested. I love it.

Had my first proper hair cut since the pandemic started. Louise made me feel really comfortable and gave me a gorgeous haircut. I’ll be back!
