Holly did a great job trimming Rhias hair. Rhia was a little nervous about having her hair cut but Holly put her at ease and was brilliant.

Slight trepidation at having a new stylist for the afternoon. No need to worry, Emma was delightful, friendly, reassuring and professional. She made me feel very relaxed, looked after me very well, listened to what I wanted and gave me a wonderful head massage! I was very pleased with the result.

Always a great visit, Emma and the rest of the team are always polite and do a good job.

This is the first time I've been to the salon in years. Emma was quick to understand what I was asking for, did a great dry cut applying a technique that resulted in lots of body all over. Emma gave lots of advice for managing my hair too. Emma is full of energetic personality, pleasant, warm, friendly, and fun, it was a pleasure meeting her. I was also appreciative of the ease of getting a lunch time appointment, and a fast dry cut. My visit was super convenient and I'm confident I will return rather than cut my own hair, and I'm very pleased with the cut. Thank you Emma! I hope you got my tip.

I hope that Lisa will now be my constant hair stylist... I'd like to add that Philippa at reception, is such a great asset at Headliners Birkdale, very good service from her.

Fantastic support and help from Julie as she patiently gave me advice about what would be suitable for me . Julie had even looked up and saved some suggestions the night before for me.

The first thing was the receptionist is always very friendly and helpful ..Then I had a lovely stylist Becky who has cut my hair exactly the way I described really pleased and had some lovely comments from friends and family

I regularly go to Headlines Hair Birkdale. Excellent and very friendly service from Lisa K, who is the stylist who cuts my hair, and the other staff at the salon. I was very pleased, as always, with my haircut when I visited today. I had a nice cup of coffee too. I have booked my next appointment with Lisa in 5 weeks time. Highly recommended. Very talented stylists.

"what an amazing stylist Julie is. She has the patience of Jobe, and despite some clients being overly fussy!!!!! She makes her clients feel very special and nothing is to much trouble for her".
As my title says, she is a little Gem and I'm sure the Managers of Headlines will realise that too.
