Popped into the salon on the off chance of having my hair trimmed, what a great experience, Raemer cut my hair, who is warm, friendly and very talented at her job. I received one of the best cuts I have had in a long time, my hair falls lovely, what a difference a good cut can make, I will definitely be going back in the future.

I love having my hair 'done' at the Heswall salon! Danielle listens to what I want and will advise me so I walk out of the salon with a colour & style I love.....this time is was a vibrant red colour!!! So eye-catching!!! Just sorry I can't add a phot to this review as the results are truly fab!

Raemer is one of those rare stylists who understand what you want, the only time I can leave a salon and not have to do anything to it when I get home!

Ever since finding Ahead Heswall, it’s been a go too. Fantastic service from the first visit. Made to feel welcome, and almost like a regular. The cut itself is always neat and precise. Wouldn’t go anywhere else and would highly recommend to everyone across the Wirral.

Danielle not only has fixed my terrible hair, but she has made my day a lot better by kind and friendly.

Always greeted with my name and a how are you as soon as I walk through the door. Seems to know how you want your hair cutting even though you are not sure her advice is always great. Very covid safe and other staff very nice too . Love the fact that you get a lovely coffee or cold drink as soon as you sit down . They really pamper you too with a head massage and hair treatments when they wash it

I had my hair cut recently by Raemer and she did a fantastic job. I told her what I needed from my cut and she understood completely. She explained everything she would do and was doing throughout, and made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely book in with her again and would recommend her to anyone.

Danielle discusses the look you’re going for and shows you pictures so you both know exactly what you want and how your hair will compliment you and your hair type. Her technique is fabulous and the results come out amazing every time. She has corrected my botched bleaching episode from the first lockdown and has given me a gorgeous creamy blonde. Definitely recommend for someone going blonde and hair in need of rescuing

Omg .... I love my new colour!!! I had asked my previous colourist for over 2 years to go copper but she said it couldn't be done. Danielle was fabulous, from when I first mentioned going copper when I went for my skin test all through the 4 hours in the salon chair. Constant tips for maintaining the colour and for hair care when drying and styling. I've never bought products in salons but made sure to buy what I needed to take care of this fabulous change!! Thank you Danielle sooo much ?????

Danielle is as my stylist go is not on list . She was lovely advised my on style to suit and made me feel very welcome and at ease . Loved the hair Wash felt like a massage on my head and she even put a conditioner in and left it for a while. She offered me a drink while I was waiting too. It’s difficult to have a hot drink sometimes on a salon so love the new fridge with cold cans - makes a change from just a glass of water . Didn’t used to get this treatment in my old hairdressers! Brought my 13 for a cut too the other week and Danielle was amazing with her too. That’s why I am giving 5* and would give more if I could
