I saw Raema - she’s amazing! Raema is so knowledgeable; she can work with what you want in addition to adding what she knows will look amazing after discussing it with you. She’s got so much experience and just “gets it”. Totally recommend you see her at the Heswall salon.

After many months l had a cut and finish appointment today with Raener. It was great to ‘feel my old self’ again. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and adhered to all guidelines. Felt very happy about the whole visit to the Heswall salon. Thank you.

First time here , knew in my head what I wanted, but past experiences at different barbers a lot of the times have been negative, so tried ahead for him, since a lot of barbers I've used in past cant do skin fades . So today was first time at ahead for him, wanted to give them a try after reading positive reviews, so I booked online with olly , he was friendly, and had good chat . i explained what I wanted and he done exactly what was in my mind . Was not disappointed and it was probably one of the best skin fades I've ever had ever. Defo worth the price, and I will use again, great service .

A chilled but professional environment. I had a balayage and haircut by Liz who gave me the best advice of colour for my hair to suit my skin tone and I’m extremely happy with the results. Would definitely recommend and will be going again.

Booked a new customer app with Sophie with a particular colour in mind. During the consultation Sophie patiently explained the look that would likely be achieved with what I'd chosen. She then gently made other suggestions she thought may be best. I'm so glad I listened to the expert. The final look is so different from what I went in for but suits me so much better. Its classy and chique (and more appropriate for my age tbh) knocks years off me and suits the tone of my skin brilliantly. No more bleach blonde for me! Thanks Sophie.

Liz is always so welcoming and friendly. She cuts and blow drys my hair exactly how I like, she always takes the time to listen to what I want too.

Sophie and Liz are both amazingly talented, experienced and knowledgeable hairdressers. They instinctively know what will work for you and look great. Beth is lovely too. I REALLY care about having nice hair and my hair has NEVER been in such good condition, despite the fact that I'm a natural brunette but thanks to Sophie I look like a natural (well, almost!) Blonde. Over the last few years Sophie has taken me from blond to auburn, red, mahogany, brown again and finally back to blonde via a root stretch. Throughout all that shes tolerated my endless hair whims and kept my hair in immaculate condition. I think she has magic powers.......
