Chellsi was absolutely fabulous. I was very nervous after not being in a salon for over a year and she made me feel so comfortable and well looked after. All the staff were lovely and my hair looked fantastic, so pleased with it.

I have been to this salon multiple times, but never experienced such an uncomfortable experience. My hair turned out amazing, but the experience has put me off returning. Staff don’t seem bothered to be there & all the small touches completely missed. I left with stained shoes, damp jeans & top covered in hair.

I had a proper pamper today with Callum (an amazing hair wizard) and I nearly fell asleep from how relaxed I was! Callum transformed my brittle heavy hair/ heavy grassy blond dye into something magical haha... it’s so light and fresh...
I would recommend Callum for sure!

All the staff was very welcoming, friendly and did great anticipating my needs during this heatwave. I was brought cucumber water as soon as I came in, the girl who washed my hair was a sweetheart and used lukewarm /cold water, I also even had a fan right next to me.
My haircut was by the hands of Michael, their style director, even though it is more expensive other options I think it was 100% worth the money I spent on treating myself to this. Michael did a great job listening to what I was looking for and making suggestions that would fit my natural hair texture (wavy) whilst I was going shorter from a decent length. The cut is beautifully done, nicely layered and the face framing bangs look really good even with my prescription glasses (they warp my face a bit near my eyes because my sight is so bad). The blow dry was very good too, my hair is soft and the waves were actually close to my natural waves but with more ounph.
I enjoyed the service so much I ended getting a consultation and patch test for colour right after I was done and will have another appointment with them next month. I'll probably be a regular in this salon whilst I'm living in Liverpool, that's for sure.

Sian was amazing, as always! I’m growing my hair for my wedding next year, so I just got a simple cut and blow along with a conditioning treatment and a divine head massage. I left totally relaxed with exactly what I wanted; fabulous, shiny and healthy looking hair. Thank you, Sian <3
