After a disastrous experience at another salon, I was a little nervous to get my hair done at a salon. My fears were put at ease when Michael expertly brought back health and beauty to my hair. It was fabulous my jobs been quite stressful since I started it in May and Michael gave me a fabulous head massage and the haircut I’ve always wanted I didn’t get to bed till 4am on Saturday night I was so relaxed after my cut and blow dry needed my night out though thanks ?

Callum was incredibly welcoming, listened to my expectations and gave me valuable input based on what I had said and his own expertise. He made sure to keep me informed on everything he was doing so I wasn't confused at any point, and took special care to wash, cut, dry and style my hair beautifully. My only critique would be to drape a longer plastic covering over the front of the customer just so they don't get hair sticking to their clothes later. But honestly, it was a great experience overall.

I am very happy with the service I received today from Sian. The salon is clean and comfortable. The only thing I would suggest is to increase the air-conditioning a bit. It was uncomfortably hot in there! Other than that I can't fault this salon. Will return if ever in Liverpool again.

We completely agree it was exceptionally hot in the salon.
Air conditioning is something that we have planned to install. It had taken some time for us to gain permission to install this. Although we now have permission, the past year and a half has been financially challenging due to Covid 19 and mandatory closure of the business. The lockdown would have been the perfect time to have installed air conditioning. however our sole focus had to be the survival of the business.
However the comfort of our clients and team is of great importance to us. Hopefully over the next couple of months things will start to get back to normal and the client flow becomes more steady, allowing us to get this work done.

I was at a lose end to get my hair & make up sorted for a family party, luckily I managed to get booked into MF. Even though I was so last minute and rushed the service wasn’t.
