Phenomenal salon and exceptional client service. I've been coming to the salon for nearly 2-3 years now and I'm always pleased with the result. Thanks to Michael I always feel reborn and frankly speaking I couldn't imagine myself getting my hair done by someone else but him. I get compliments from my friends which certainly boosts my confidence level. He's exceptionally knowledgeable, talented yet friendly to approach to and will always ensure that you are satisfied with the final outcome. Furthermore, I must say I'm very impressed with the covid control procedure that the salon provides. Complying with all the Covid-19 requirements in the salon substantially helps me to feel safe yet welcome at the same time. Overall, positive experience and I would highly recommend to everyone. If I could I would give 6 stars :)

I came to Michael Frank's via their website and I was not disappointed. From the start staff where friendly and courteous.
Thomas listened and took time to explain to me first if all the safety considerations in place and the options for my long awaited post lockdown cut. He answered all my questions with aplomb and generated several ideas which he carefully and fully explained to me. It was to his credit that we spent time considering the options.
Thomas proceeded to cut my hair in a professional manner again going the extra yard explaining each stage of the process and providing reassurance.
I was very happy with the excellent result and the subsequent plan going forward.
