Once again I was very happy with my haircut also even with the new rules in place didn't affect my appointment and Harry is a lovely polite young man who I will be happy to have as my stylist.

Callum sorted my hair out for me after I'd had a pixie cut done at another salon. He was so lovely and kind (I hate the hairdressers usually) and talked me through exactly what I wanted and kept checking through the appointment that he was doing what I wanted. I love my monthly visit to this salon the service is excellent frim the moment i walk in i am made to feel lvery special i work fir a luxery brand myself and appreciate hiw important customer service is. I attended for a curly blow, however I was told that it would not be possible due to my hair being quite long. I have had many curly blows in the past and never had this issue. The stylist insisted it would be better to curl the hair with a curling wand. However I have a curling wand at home! Completely wasted my money and did not leave with what I wanted! Not happy!

I came in with very long, unkempt hair and left looking like a completely different person.
I’ve never used Michael Franks before but will definitely back - Harry was brilliant. He listened to what I wanted, a much shorter style that was low maintenance, and that’s exactly what I got.
I’ve had bobs before and always lost patience having to blow them every day. I told Harry about this and he’s given me a cut that I can just wash and leave. I’m so pleased with it. Can’t recommend him enough.

Every time I visit Michael Franks I have an amazing experience. Walking through the door you are always greeted by friendly reception staff. Michael always goes the extra mile always even by giving a little cake with a cup of tea. Michael asks how you style your hair and anything that annoys you then works his magic! I am ALWAYS impressed by how amazing my hair looks after being to the salon. The products are organic and make my hair feel like silk, the skill from Michael is unmatched. He really knows what he’s doing. The salon gives a next level of customer experience. All stylists sit down next to the customers and listen to what they want and execute it to a very high standard. I would 100% recommended Michael franks.
