I love my monthly visit to this salon the service is excellent frim the moment i walk in i am made to feel lvery special i work fir a luxery brand myself and appreciate hiw important customer service is. And these guys are fantastic i wouldnt ho anywhere else now. I have been looked after by chelsea and Tomas tiday but on other ocassions callum and michael tgey are all superb thank you xxxxcc

I attended for a curly blow, however I was told that it would not be possible due to my hair being quite long. I have had many curly blows in the past and never had this issue. The stylist insisted it would be better to curl the hair with a curling wand. However I have a curling wand at home! Completely wasted my money and did not leave with what I wanted! Not happy!

I came in with very long, unkempt hair and left looking like a completely different person.
I’ve never used Michael Franks before but will definitely back - Harry was brilliant. He listened to what I wanted, a much shorter style that was low maintenance, and that’s exactly what I got.
I’ve had bobs before and always lost patience having to blow them every day. I told Harry about this and he’s given me a cut that I can just wash and leave. I’m so pleased with it. Can’t recommend him enough.

Every time I visit Michael Franks I have an amazing experience. Walking through the door you are always greeted by friendly reception staff. Michael always goes the extra mile always even by giving a little cake with a cup of tea. Michael asks how you style your hair and anything that annoys you then works his magic! I am ALWAYS impressed by how amazing my hair looks after being to the salon. The products are organic and make my hair feel like silk, the skill from Michael is unmatched. He really knows what he’s doing. The salon gives a next level of customer experience. All stylists sit down next to the customers and listen to what they want and execute it to a very high standard. I would 100% recommended Michael franks.

Shannon was friendly and welcoming from the start and loved her ideas for my re-style into a semi-pixie crop hybrid cut. I left feeling like I could go out partying on a Sunday afternoon haha!
Thanks also for looking after my boyfriend who quickly got over his nerves on his first visit to a salon after being a lifelong barber customer, and was given a lovely cut with layers to his shoulder length hair.

Couldn't be happier, came out with healthy and beautifully cut/curled hair in just 45mins and only booked the appointment yesterday!! I haven't been to the hairdressers in roughly a year with anxiety so my hair was not I'm the best shape but I felt so accommodated from the moment I walked in the door. Harry was so so lovely and I cannot thank him enough for bringing some life into my dying hair! It's been a very long time since I last felt confident with my hair, I will definitely be returning :)
