Shannon was friendly and welcoming from the start and loved her ideas for my re-style into a semi-pixie crop hybrid cut. I left feeling like I could go out partying on a Sunday afternoon haha!

Couldn't be happier, came out with healthy and beautifully cut/curled hair in just 45mins and only booked the appointment yesterday!! I haven't been to the hairdressers in roughly a year with anxiety so my hair was not I'm the best shape but I felt so accommodated from the moment I walked in the door. Very very cold salon I visited twice for hair and eyebrows and was shivering not a pleasant visit.
Would not return and still have two visits left but cannot use as time has ran out.

We have recently had some issues with our heating system in our Ropewalks salon which we are in the process of sorting out (and in the meantime have bought some more heaters to as a short term solution!), however I am sorry that this had an impact on your experience!
With regard to the facial, as I mentioned during your visit, we are still very happy to honour this part of your pamper package, however, as our beautician is on maternity leave we are waiting for confirmation of when she will be back before we can book this in. We will let you know as soon as she is back so we can sort this for you!
