I really enjoyed it Kate sat and chatted about what I’d like to do with my hair, she explained all my options and showed me photos of how it could look. She was really chatty and friendly, she put me at ease as soon as I arrived. I love my new hair style and my hair looks so much thicker. I think it’s going to be really easy to look after myself ?? I even got a coffee and cake! truly spoilt

The whole team couldn’t have been nicer, mortifyingly I was late for my appointment due to traffic and the staff were so lovely with me about it, they didn’t hold it against me at all. Yasmin was brilliant and really listened to what I wanted. All staff helped to look after me from getting me drinks to even making sure my husband, who was waiting for me was looked after. I’ve never managed to get the colour I wanted at other salons but Yasmin got it exactly right! I love the colour and the cut and I look forward to coming back, great salon experience from start to finish!

There was a wedding hair / make up booked in before my appointment and I didn’t get seen to until nearly an hour later which was slightly frustrating however it was well worth the wait.
This was the first time I had got my hair dyed and i couldn’t have asked for anything more.
