This was my first experience at Michael Franks and it wont be the last.
I normally feel a bit out of place in salons as I'm not the usual girly girl, however I was was made to feel very comfortable and well looked after. Callum was very attentive, making sure I was happy throughout and the finished cut was just what I wanted.

Hi, I cannot remember the name of the two hairdressers who took care of mine and my sister's hair, but they were both amazing. Also big thanks for taking us even though we were running 45 mins late due to ridiculous traffic. They made sure we felt comfortable and also consulted before they've done anything. Nice touch was a hot drink offer. The result was amazing, we both couldn't be happier. Definitely coming back.

Clean,warm & welcoming salon. As i walked in i was met at the desk by a happy stylist who was more than happy to deal with my consultation as kate who was going to do it had a client in the chair. I wasnt really sure what kind of style/cut or colour i would like however the stylist gave me plenty of choices & explained what the outcome would look like to help me make my desicion.
