Michael is always great to chat to, and does a great job at getting what you want done right, even if your not that good at explaining things like me haha. Experience was lovely from start to finish! The girls in there were so nice and made me feel so welcome. I’m not sure on the girl who styled my hair but she was so delicate and paid so much attention to what I wanted. Was only last minute and my first ever visit as I didn’t not know about it but I think this is my favourite salon now by far!

I've been getting my hair done with Sarah for the last 7 years and her work is stellar to say the least. She makes magic happen, and I can't recommend her enough. The salon is nice with a pleasant environment, very friendly and hospitable. They are prompt with their appointments, flexible and open late hours for those who work late (like myself). Additionally they offer you a cup of coffee/tea with snacks whilst you wait or enjoy your cut. All in all a great place to go with a great lineup of stylists.

It’s our company policy for our stylists to go through a thorough consultation before going ahead with the service as this gives our staff and yourself the chance to discuss what hair cuts/styles are possible with the clients hair and how to maintain that look etc. We also encourage our staff to ensure the client is completely happy with the service they have had and find out from our clients any issues so we can give you the desired outcome prior to you leaving the salon, as our aim is to ensure every client leaves 100% satisfied with their entire experience.
However, we do appreciate it is not always possible due to timing/feeling awkward/not realising until later on, to raise a complaint at the time. If you were not asked what you thought of your end result it is certainly something we will look into and I can only apologise at this point if that did not happen.
If we can get contact with you it would be great to get you back in, so we can rectify any difference in what you expected to what you received, and get you to the outcome you desired.
I will be calling you later today to hopefully be able to change your negative experience with us.

I’m from Brazil but have been in the UK for nearly 15 years and always felt anxious when going to get a hair cut /treatment as it’s so different from back home.
