Tightened my weave, and did a good job! However was rang and Gaslit into blow dry which turned into an ‘express blow dry’, left with damp hair, stylist was lovely but overall disappointing.
Hello, thank you for taking the time to leave this review. While it is great to see that you were happy with the extension refit at the time, I’m am sorry to see that the blow dry part of the service did not meet expectations.
We usually offer the client the choice between having a blow dry with the refit, or they can come in with clean dry hair if it is just the refit that is required. I can only apologise that this was not offered in this case, and we will look into this further.

I was nervous of going in & getting my first proper curly hair cut. We were made to feel really welcome. My friend was with me & we were both treated well .

I had an evening appointment with Michael for a new cut and colour. He was lovely and understood exactly what I wanted both in cut and colour. I came away feeling great as the best haircut I've had in years. Great coffee too.

I didn’t know until Aaliyah told me that there was a scalp spa service at the salon … I had it done yesterday and cannot believe the difference between an at home scalp scrub and this 3 step process which takes 30 minutes ! The results are amazing and
my hair felt and looked significantly different afterwards and the difference to my scalp is remarkable . I can’t edit to have it done again next week

I go to Aaliyah twice a week for blow fry’s and every 6 weeks for colour and cut .. she’s fully invested in my hair journey and today she exceeded expectations with my colour , cut and blow dry ! She’s a lovely girl and a credit to the salon .. I’d highly recommend Michael franks to anyone as all the staff are perfectionists which you want with your hair .

I booked in with Callum after looking at some of his reviews online. I wanted a Pixie cut and was very nervous when I arrived. Callum listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly what I’d asked for. I would go as far as to say he is a magician when it comes to short hair cuts! So pleased and will definitely be back for a trim in 6 weeks time.

I was struggling FOR YEARS to find a person who understands my hair texture and gives me a haircut that suits me. I’ve finally found Sian at Michael franks. It’s so nice to know that all my hair problems will be taken care of (unless there’s another pandemic). 100% would recommend.
