My first time I had a cut and blow was £25, 2nd time was £40 could not understand Why ,Callum did a lovely Job ,but it just works out a bit expensive with travelling in to the city centre

I will be arranging for someone to be in contact with you directly regarding your comments about the pricing as I can see that you did indeed pay £25 in February and £40 in April. We really do believe in transparent pricing for our clients and teach/expect our staff to discuss the cost of what you are going to have done and why in a consultation prior to your service starting so that everyone can choose whether they wish to pay for the required service and to ensure it is the same as what you actually pay at the end. The 2 prices you have paid are for different services, our pricing is gender neutral so £25 is for what we class as a short hair cut & blow-dry and the £40 is for a long hair cut & blow-dry. I will arrange for our Client Experience Manager (Aimee) to contact you directly as even if you were booked in for the incorrect hair cut on your first visit we would expect you to know exactly why the price was different which obviously you don't. I do apologise that this has happened and like I say I am disappointed because we really believe in transparent pricing.
