Michael Franks Liverpool One

At first I thought my hair looked fine. However when I got home washed it it was awful. All over place. I posted pictures on Facebook the comments were did somebody use a knife n fork to cut that etc. I spoke to salon andanager supposed to be calling me back. But I'm still waiting. If their was a no star option I would have chosen it. I wish I had not bothered at all. My hair looks worse now than it did prior.

Needed quick “beach look” style food r a night out whilst staying at the Hilton for a conference - this salon was the nearest and they couldn’t have accommodated me better - slotted me into a convenient time, offered a range of styles and a glass of wine, stuck with initial request of a beach style look and was out in 20mins looking fab !
Michael was wonderfully chatty and seemed genuinely interested in me and keen to help me in the best possible way.
Also, prices are very reasonable !
Would definitely recommend and use them again, if you are as fortunate as I have been - you won’t be disappointed- well done guys - keep up the fantastic work, and if I come to Liverpool again- will certainly make use of your services again !

This was my first visit to Michael Franks, I had such a good experience I booked my second appointment when I left. Absolutely lovely place, Chelsea was very informative and helped my decision making by offering such good advice. I got quite a lot cut off my hair and I’m amazed with the end result. I’ve never been brave enough to go so short before but I’m glad I did as it looks and feels so much healthier. Looking forward to my next visit, next week.

Got my hair done off Amy, I was made up with the coulor and style and Amy made me feel so welcome all the staff are so nice lovley atmosphere in the salon I would highly recommend it to anyone

I called to make an appoitment and they were able to squeeze me in straight away. Very flexible. Great service and professional advice, felt confident callum would deliver. And he did. Will come back and would 100% reccommend

Firts time and ai will come again defenetely!

Came in last week and had my extensions tightened/refitted. Unfortunately I had them done with beads rather than sewn in....4 days later they had come loose again. Came in again today and just had them removed and a cut on my own hair by Callum, which I’m happy with even if I need to get used to how thin my hair feels without the extensions in. A little disappointed at having to spend another £35 to fix the problem, on top of the £55 I spent last week, but what could do? Certainly not walk round with half my hair hanging out. A real shame I had this situation as the salon is fan and the staff are lovely, just completely skint now! The star rating is not based on Callum as I couldn’t fault him, based on having to coming back to get it sorted.

Fantastic service, brilliant staff, fab location. You cannot go wrong with this salon, excellent service & value for money. My stylist Samuel is very talented & is a great person to chat to :) The salon has a nice relaxed atmosphere with a lovely view near the Albert Dock i shall definately be coming back again.

Great taken to meet my hair cut needs! Lots of questions and suggestions. Sam was very chatty and provided a really friendly service. Lovely haircut will definitely go back.

I am so pleased with my haircut. I was listened to and the end result was a gorgeous, funky,pixie style crop. Best hairdressers in Merseyside and I have tried rather a lot before finding this one.

This appointment was for my friends 7 year old daughter who was scared of having her hair cut. She was made to feel so welcome and every bit of care was given to her and lots of reassurance. My friends daughter had a really good experience and was left with absolutely amazing shiny and soft hair. She now has confidence in going to the salon for a wash, cut and blowdry. She has now said she wants to come in every week! Thanks to all at Michael Franks and especially to Samuel for making my friends 7 year old daughter feel sp calm and relaxed. He really is great with children. Will def be back.

Always love getting my haircut with Samuel, professional, friendly, interested without being annoying and great results. Main reason I come back here. This time I wanted a fringe (huge change for me), I showed a picture and Samuel did his magic. Totally trust his professional opinion and really happy with the result! Also lovely team overall :)

Purchased off the Treatwell website. Was fast and easy to do. Chelsea was my Junior Stylist. She was great. Very informative and treated me very well. Overall happy with my cut.
Plus Chelsea did try to offer my products to purchase and use . Would go back again.

I felt very at ease with Callum from the start. He listened to me describe how my hair behaves. He then magically transformed my woolly mane into lovely hair. All the while telling me what he was doing and some tips on how to repeat for myself at home. I left feeling like a million dollars and looked 10 years younger. So very happy with my hair. Have been struggling to find a good salon in Liverpool where the stylist listens to what you really want- today I visited Michael Franks and was so impressed with the entire service. A warm welcome into the salon, a consultation with my stylist Callum who really understood what I wanted for my look. He offered lots of advice throughout the treatment and showed me the products he as using. (The oat and honey shampoo smelled divine!) I ended up leaving with my locks feeling silky and bouncy! Will be a loyal customer from now on. Great team and great customer service :)

After being very dubious about getting a keratin treatment (the idea of putting a treatment on my hair that I have never before tried), I spoke with the stylists at Michael Franks and they assured me that the treatment would only nourish and help smooth my frizzy hair. It did just that and more! I can’t recommend this process more to those who have very coarse/frizzy hair. Its so much manageable and it’s never felt softer. Thank you so much to Amy and Chelsea who applied the treatment and to Callum for my fresh hair cut. I honestly feel so much better after visiting this amazing salon!

Never had my hair put up, or make up done professionly before, so as it was my daughter’s Hen weekend, i decided to treat myself. The young girl who did my hair was very helpful & friendly & i was happy with the result at the time. Unfortunately the curls more or less dropped out by the time i got back to my hotel on James St, so my daughter’s friend had to re-do it.I was thrilled with my make up, & again the girl was very helpful in helping me decide what to have done.
My only criticism is, that both my appointments were supposed to be with Michael Franks, & i wasn’t given any explanation as to why this didn’t happen.

My experience at this salon was great as I had a fantastic stylist called Callum who understood what way I wanted my hair and he achieved that. The overall service and value of this salon was great and I was made feel welcome by all. I would highly recommend this salon to other clients.

Really listened to what I wanted and asked questions to make me feel involved in my hair up. Talent of stylist was unreal!

I found this little gem , I had highlights and a cut , I left smiling , the staff made me very welcome , a warm and friendly atmosphere , in would recommend this salon to all , a very big thank you to all the fabulous staff .

This is my 2nd time using this Salon. They are professional and my hair cut and colour was exactly what I after. I will definitely use them again.

I went to this salon because it was highly rated on Google. When I got there I wasn’t disappointed. The staff were really friendly and chatty. Felt really welcome as if I’d been going there for years and my haircut was exactly what I wanted - even got some tips from Sam on how to style my hair and what products work best. Would recommend.

I had my hair cut by an apprentice and it turned out great. Everyone made me feel very welcome and my hair turned out better than I imagined.

Great cut, excellent service, friendly and not pushy about buying products (something I hate). Also, I needed to relax and the stylist, even if very friendly, did not “force” me into some chit chat, I really appreciated.

I like the place it's a good energy, everyone is lovely and I always got an excellent service, I've had my hair done there for a while but I never took the time to write a review. I booked last minute and having never been here before did not know which stylist to choose. I was booked in with Samuel and could not have been more delighted.
