Was a great hair cut, had bad in the past but this was a good hair cut for me and would definitely come back to the salon!

This place is lovely, I'm really fussy and have never had a hairdresser that I've gone back to but would definitely go back to Michael Franks, all staff make u feel welcome as soon as u arrive which is most important thing, they are friendly and approachable. I had a few layers put in and a trim.. my hair is extra long and thick so I always feel a burden on the stylists but Samuel took his time with me and even fitted me in earlier than my appointment time which was great, look forward to my next visit!

Georgia made me feel comfortable as possible. Made sure treatment is well selected according to my hair type needs and performed well wash cut and curly blow dry. Recommend!

When I arrived I was greeted with a warm and friendly reception, all the staff there where amazing, Michael listened to how I wanted my hair and he cut it exactly how I explained to him, I will definitely be returning.

Upon arrival at the salon we found it hard to find as no sign outside . Had to go in and ask . Some staff were pleasent ,was asked if I would like a drink but came wrong so couldn’t drink it , group of staff in the back laughing and messing around which found unprofessional as I have a salon myself , Amy was lovely and did a great job of my daughters hair . Didn’t find the other staff welcoming as they didn’t say hi when passing myself and my daughter . This salon has great potential and I’m sure these are teething problems

I am beyond pleased with the service I received at Michael Franks. My hair was damaged due to a number of things, Amy and Chelsea took the time to listen to me and advise. I left the salon feeling brilliant, it means such a lot and I cannot recommend this salon highly enough.

Fantastic service, very friendly and quality work. I usually find having my hair done boring. Sam, took the time to discuss my preferences and went through all the options. I loved not only his work but he was a pleasure to chat too and very welcoming.

Lovely people, gave honest advice about what would suit me when asked!!! Constantly checked I was happy with the look and were were very good when asked to change one part!! Very pleased!

Lovely staff, but had a horrible experience regarding the haircut. I already had a long wispy fringe and asked for it to be trimmed and kept thin and below my eyebrows. It’s now blunt, too thick and about an inch above my eyebrows, awful.

I love the cut, thank you very much, been receiving many compliments.

Callum was brilliant. He did a really good blow dry and pin curls which were really secure and stayed in as I had to go round town setting up a party. I’m a new customer in your salon and will definitely come back.

Very nice salon. Everyone was nice the atmosphere was relaxing and Amy my stylist was brilliant. She gave me exactly what I wanted and didn't cut my fringe too short as has happened all too often elsewhere. I will definitely be a returning customer. Five star for everything :-)

Thankyou Callum, I love my new hair! Previous negative experiences in hair dressers had left me anxious to get a new style, however Callum spent the time to ask me exactly how I wanted my hair done. The salon is small and has a good friendly atmosphere. Value for money is exceptional as it only cost under £25 for a wash, cut and blow dry. I will definitely be returning! Thanks again.

What a little gem in the heart of Liverpool one. First visit lovely friendly staff. Sam done a wonerfull colour loved it just what I wanted. Hair cut was lovely. Price was good service was outstanding would recommend this hairdressers. Thanks guys x

Callum was extremely friendly as usual and he was informative about the Brazilian blow dry as it was my first time having this done. I was pleased with the final result & there isn't anywhere else I would have considered getting this done :)
