Layered my hair really well, nice smart cut.

Booked in for makeup and hair. Was a bit apprehensive as I had never had it styled by Michael before and it was for a really special event.
Michael was so friendly and attentive. He went above and beyond what I expected and made me feel so comfortable and pampered. He spent a lot of time perfecting the style and I am really thankful for that. He even made the extra effort of adding some accessories I bought into my hair which was really kind as some stylists would charge for that. Nothing was too much hassle for him.
Would definitely definitely recommend the salon for location, comfort and ambience, felt really relaxed. And I would also definitely recommend Michael for his amazing customer service and making me look snatched!

I was so nervous to change my hairstyle but Amy did such an amazing job and my hair feels and looks so much better. She was so lovely and chatty which made me feel much more at ease. Couldn’t ask for more!

Highly recommend! I came to this salon to have my hair dyed and trimmed. I love the highlights, they blend so well with the base color and the shade of blonde compliments my features. My hair looks amazing!

Always a pleasure to visit Michael and have my hair cut and coloured. He is brilliant and has cut my hair ever since he moved to Liverpool - over 3 years now i think. My hair always looks great and the team and welcoming and friendly. It's a nice place to visit

Okay girls this is my second visit to this salon and I must say I am bowled over with the amazing service, knowledge, expertise, and 5 star customer service I received.
1st visit was cut and blow, took her time with the cut unlike other stylists in other salons. Love the cut.
2nd visit last night, colour and Brazilian blow dry. Love the colour and looking forward to less fizz at home after washing.
This is a must salon and reasonably priced.

Asked for a Blow dry - not what I got. Really rushed as the salon had problems with their booking system and double booked me. Blow dry as a blast off then wand used - curls / waves had dropped before I got home

Excellent servoce from the moment i stepped through the door to the minute i left, couldnt reccomend this place enough!

Booked in for a cut and blow dry and the result was ok. I didn’t specify at the beginning that I wanted a bouncy blow dry to finish as I’m used to it being the standard/ being asked after the cut. This meant that the stylist automatically blow dried my hair straight so although it’s not really an issue as it still looked nice, it’s just something that could be asked to improve overall service satisfaction.

First time visiting this morning and I will certainly be back! Staff were lovely, funny and welcoming I felt like a valued customer the second I walked in. My hair cut was fabulous I am very happy with it, Amy is a total asset! The whole team were Brill, I will be back for sure!
