First time at Michael Franks and was not disappointed. The whole team are warm and welcoming and Anthony was amazing.
The hair stylist who did my initial consultation before i got booked in was so lovely and really knowledgeable helping me figure out the best thing to book and best style for me, and recommended being booked in with Anthony. I usually hate getting my hair cut but he made me feel relaxed and at ease throughout and it's the first hair cut I've been happy with in years. Thank you so much it was a really positive experience.

Every time I see Callum he manages to suggest a change to the cut or colour which means I love it even more! I loved the base colour and highlights last time but the intense red and copper highlights I have now feel perfect for the Autumn ! Having a great hair cut, that feels perfect for me, gives such a boosts to my confidence!

Had an appointment with Callum for a cut and blow dry. He knew exactly how to style my hair he was brilliant. He told me the products he used on my hair that made it look so good. He gave me a fantastic head massage during washing my hair. Dyed my hair in the past and can still see little bits of it on the bottom and he had a product to make it less noticeable, going back there again to get that done. Favourite new hairdressers

Thomas did my hair today and I have to say i’m extremely happy with the results, I have been to many barber shops and have never received what I have asked for and have been disappointed with the results although when Thomas did my hair he made sure it was what I wanted, asking me questions along the way and making sure I was happy with everything and anything he did, I will be returning Thank you so much!!
