I had black boxed dyed hair for 10 YEARS!!
I’d reached out to plenty of hairdressers and hair specialists that weren’t up for the challenge of removing my box dye and taking me to the blonde side.. Michael was the only hair specialist willing to touch my hair! We had multiple sessions and with hard work, patience and perseverance he’s managed to gift me my dream blonde hair!? nothing but grateful.. All the staff at Michael Franks are lovely! Wouldn’t go anywhere else?

I can't remember the name of my stylist, but it was a woman. She didn't wash my hair properly so my scalp is itchy and will have to wash my hair again. On top of that she didn't dry my hair properly and I left the salon with wet hair. For £36, I should have left the salon with professionally done hair.

I had just come from a really bad experience at another salon where i’d walked out before they’d even spoken to me properly so coming in was a breath of fresh air and Tom was amazing! Will definitely be making this my regular salon based of his service today!

I’m really happy with my cut and wonderful colour. Callum knows I like to try new colours or slight changes in style, so even though I have very short cut, he manages to suggest possible changes which I love! My cut and colour- highlights and toner- feel just right for me and make me feel great
