My first appointment at this salon without any recommendations from anyone. I was immediately welcomed and shown to my seat. I showed Jenny a photo of what I was wanting (a short crop instead of my bob)
I was really impressed with how Jenny discussed the style and options for length, fringe, sides etc. I felt in safe hands from the start. I am literally over the moon with my new style and can not recommend Jenny enough. I will certainly be returning.

Bobbie for colour, Phil for cut, both brilliant and did a wonderful job of sorting out my lockdown home dyeing fiasco.

Very relaxed appointment, super pleasant stylist and hair is sooooo much better. Just didn’t catch the name of the stylist due to visors/masks etc- sorry, she was lovely though.

Seen on time by welcoming and friendly staff. Good cut. Would recommend toni and guy to anyone

Had my hair coloured recently and the level of care and professionalism has not changed despite the essential COVID measures that are being strictly followed. The team at Allerton Road are amazing....thank you!

I had to cancel my appointment at short notice due to a family emergency. Phil couldn’t have been more helpful and even re arranged the appointment for later on the same day. Always feels looked after at this salon.

Fantastic salon - brilliant cut and styling

I wanted a blunt looking cut just brushing my shoulders my hair is thick at the back and thinnner at front so although slightly graduated not wispy front pieces. What I have is a jaw length Bob with 2 very wispy front pieces. When my hair grows I will trim these bits to make the look a bit chunkier but I cannot now as it’s already too short.

I'm so happy with my hair! The service was excellent and I felt really relaxed. The stylists went out their way to make sure that I felt comfortable as I'm heavily pregnant. I couldn't have asked for more, thank you!

I had put the wrong time for my appointment into my phone and turned up at 5pm instead of 11am!!! Bobbi went above and beyond to still fit me in. Couldn’t be happier with the way I was treated and how organised this salon is thanks to Phil and his team.

After trying lots of different hairdressers, I booked in with Tony and Guy. Made up I did, I think I’ve finally found my regular hairdressers. Colour and cut are exactly what I asked for. Couldn’t be happier. Thank you.

Glad to be back. Standards of customer care are excellent. Staff make sure you are kept safe. Plenty of hand sanitizer. You are given your personal protection pack. Towel, gown and mask. Which are all disposed of after use. A nice touch is the fact you can still have a drink as you are supplied with your personal cup. Customers are kept to a minimum to ensure safety. I felt safer here than anywhere else I have been during the covid crisis. A great hair cut by Soni and I am delighted with my new colour by Bobbi . Would highly recommend.

Strange times but the normal excellent service provided. Made to feel that everything had been done so that everybody stays safe. Both Beth and Lauren were great and after nearly 6 months without my hair being cut of highlighted they worked their magic. Thanks guys!

I have been going to Toni and Guy in Liverpool for a number of years but today was my first visit since restrictions have been eased. The experience was amazing, what Phil and Sonia have done to the salon to make it Covid safe is exceptional, I felt very safe, but also felt the staff were working in a safe environment. Beth and Sonia colour and cut my hair and they are both professional, friendly and welcoming - I came away feeling well looked after in a safe environment - thank you both.

I felt safe from the moment I entered the salon. There were hand sanitizers and I was greeted with my own pack containing a mask, soft flannel towels and apron. There are separators between wash stations so you don’t come in contact with other patrons. You can still have a drink, but for safety, it is served in a disposable paper cup. They cleaned the card machine with a special unit. My hair looks super as always after my cut. Always a brilliant experience at this salon and with Sonia.

Lauren did my hair and she was lovely and professional. She did exactly what I wanted and was kind throughout. The PPE and cleanliness was top notch and I felt safe getting my hair cut.

Tracey is an excellent stylist & also had a warm personality, she is very reassuring. The salon has been well prepared & feels safe. Every precaution taken.
