Had 5 star service from Beth receiving a head of highlights to return to my natural colour. I know it was no easy job but Beth talked me through each step and made sure my hair was streak free. Made up with the result!

The whole team at Allerton are welcoming and friendly and my stylist Bobbie has transformed my over processed hair into a natural looking, healthy style that has given rise to a number of comments from my friends and family. Good cut and style. Jennie never lets me down. Disappointed because I couldn’t use my £5 birthday discount because I prebook and get a discount for that. A bit penny pinching I think.

This is the fourth haircut I’ve had from Jenny and every time it’s the best cut I’ve ever had. My hair grows in the shape it was cut so it needs cutting less than usual and she knows exactly what she’s doing

I must say extremely disappointing salon experience. Initially booked with Toni and Guy as I thought it supposedly a highly regarded high street salon. A bit more expensive but hey if the experience was enjoyable and the end result was good, I didn’t mind. I was immediately struck by the total lack of customer service. The hairdresser who was to do my hair, when she finally made an appearance made me feel as though I was an inconvenience. There was no welcoming introduction and when I asked if I could show her a picture of the way the way I wanted my hair dried I was presented with a look of impatience. Her whole body language made me feel uncomfortable. All I wanted was a good trim keeping my hair the same and just blow dried a bit unstructured. How hard is that? End result I have a step at the back of my hair which looks ridiculous. When I was shown with a mirror I didn’t quite grasp what she had done. I am left feeling extremely disappointed.

Monique was my stylist and I was trying something new and I was a little nervous but she walked me through it and I am delighted with the result. A lovely, relaxing experience for a nervous client.

Cut was distinctly average, not reflective of the price. Hairdresser was lovely and friendly. However cut was not worth £43
