TONI&GUY Allerton Road

Whenever I visit this salon, I receive exceptional service. I am always greeted with a real smile and I am treated like royalty. There’s always a nice drink on hand i.e. tea, coffee or juice. The magic begins from the moment I sit on the massage chair. I receive a whole body massage via this chair whilst I get my hair washed. There’s also a complimentary head massage! Afterwards, I receive a haircut to my details and design by Sonia, who is professional and super talented. I have been going to this salon a few years now from Leigh. I do not mind travelling for this exceptional experience!

I usually get my haircut by Erin, who has since left. My haircut today was fine but not worth £54. I thought for the price I would get a haircut to the same standard as I used to get from Erin for the same price. ***** was lovely and very friendly and from that point of view I can’t fault the service, I’m just disappointed with the end result.

A beautiful cut on extremely thick hair. Phil was very friendly and made sure it was a perfect cut. Would definitely recommend! Plus the chair and head massages are extremely relaxing

Always a lovely experience getting my colour done with Beth at the Allerton Road Salon.

She has a great eye for detail and never fails to come up with practical suggestions to deliver what I’m asking for (something I change frequently), whilst gently guidiing me away from potential hair disasters -)

This week we went for autumnal reds and coppers and it looks amazing, - so shiny, healthy and vibrant.

Would definitely recommend.

As ever, thoroughly enjoyable and satisfactory. Not only is Bobbie an excellent and thoughtful colourist who makes my hair look fantastic but she is also warm, empathetic and a great listener. Who could ask for more?

This is my first time entering Toni and Guy, Allerton Road. When I first walked in to the salon I didn’t feel very welcomed, I felt awkward and uncomfortable especially as I was questioned when I said I had an appointment. Throughout my experience the stylist didn’t engage in any conversation to put me at ease apart from what I explained I wanted doing with my hair. The whole service felt rushed and I didn’t feel my hair was done to a good standard.

Booked in with Hannah. Previously booked in with Carly however Carly wasn't present at last appointment and somebody else did my hair instead (don't know who). Was pleased with my last haircut but I wasn't informed of the change in stylist ahead of my appointment so changed to Hannah this time to see if I can find more consistency with my appointments. Previously to this I've always booked with Jenny and really pleased with her service however as Jenny no longer works Saturday's had to change as I can't make week days for appointments.

Having been squeezed in for a last minute appointment I was delighted with the service provided and didn't feel at all rushed. I had a cut and blow dry and was so pleased with the result! Hannah was fantastic and very easy to talk to. I am self conscious about my thinning hair and she made me feel really confident! I'd definitely go back and recommend this salon to friends.

I love coming here for the massage chairs, head massage with conditioner....optional glass of wine ....worth every penny for relaxation and the hair cut is the best I've found anywhere and listens to what you want......staff really friendly and helpful, great customer service xxxxxxxx
