Had my hair cut yesterday by Sonia and cannot fault her. She listened to what I wanted and done exactly as I asked and was so lovely in the process. Cannot fault her and will definitely be going back.

Been going here for years but bit disappointed today to be honest .. salon really empty didn’t seem anything staff really .. never got offered a drink at all always feel pampered when i go usually but not today

Sonia was amazing my hair was in dire need of a good cut and colour. I was unable to get the colour done without having a test. Sonia assured my that my hair would look fine just cut until a colour could be done. Sonia is excellent my hair looks and feels great. Had colour done which was perfect but Young girls attitude towards clients and the job in general stunk! Worst blow dry ever normally lasts a few days didn’t even manage till the next morning. Got the impression she didn’t have a clue what she was doing. Moaned about members of staff totally unprofessional and not what you expect from Tony and guy please sort it out before you lose business and loyal customers.

I have had keratin straightening, colour and cut at this salon. The staff are always attentive and orofessional but no stuffiness. Always been pleased with results.

Haven't had my hair cut there for a while but Phil was superb as always and Bobby knows just how to sort my colour. Great head massage from Jess. Lovely people and fantastic job as always.

I love getting a restyle and Phil always makes the experience feel brilliant. I get bored and turn up with vague ideas about what I want. He always manages to get what I mean, even when I’m not entirely sure myself. I LOVE my new shorter hair. I went from limp shoulder length to a jaw length bob, and it looks great. Thanks to all the team.

Erin cut and blown my hair today. I’m extremely satisfied. She always takes notice of how little I want cutting off.

I always enjoy my visit. Everyone is pleasant and polite and efficient. My hairdresser, Jennie always listens to what I want unlike other places I've been in the past. That's why I keep going there

Tracy did a nice job with my haircut, I was really pleased with the finished product, felt good when I left the salon.
HOWEVER, the whole experience was marred from the moment the young girl assigned to wash my hair approached me to put on the cover thing.
No greeting, no hello, no smile, deadpan, nothing. She proceeded to wash my hair which was catching on the rings she was wearing on her fingers! Why is that allowed? The whole washing experience, which should be quite relaxing was altogether stressful. I got the impression that this girl didn’t really care that much.
I think the attitude and lack of professionalism of this girl really undermines the reputation of the salon and the overall customer experience.

I always have my haircut at T&G (except that one time...) I love Phil & Sonia and always get a brilliant cut and great service from the team. I booked my son in who hasn’t had a cut for 12 months - he wanted to grow it and absolutely refused to have it trimmed. He finally agreed on a look that he wanted and we took a picture to show Phil to work with. He was very patient and worked hard to get my son involved, told us how the cut would grow out and advised on how to style it. My 9 year old is on the autistic spectrum and absolutely terrified of haircuts but he felt very pampered and grown up and he hasn’t stopped looking in the mirror and applying product for 2 days. £15 for a 45 min style consultation is a bargain for a parent who dreads dragging a self-conscious child for a haircut. Phil could not have been more accommodating and patient and my son is delighted. He wants to go back next month to get his hair coloured blue and I’m probably going to take him. Couldn’t be happier.
