Faye did my hair and she was great, made me feel really welcome and comfortable, think I may have found me a nice little hairdresser, thank you Faye ????

I went to rusa today to have my hair restyled in an ombré colour from bleach blonde by jon who is a fabulous he chatted through a consultation and helped me to get the colour choosing right by looking at pictures and colour charts he answered all my questions and was very friendly and helpful guy. i absolutely love my hair style thank you so so much jon. The staff are very friendly at the salon offering cups of tea magazines and took coats to hang up and stylists love to have a chat whilst doing your hair. The service is brilliant and your made to feel right at home and relaxed i will definately be returning for future hair appts xxx

I went in for the first time, and it was a really comfortable place to be, I had a coffee and we worked out what would be best for my hair, and how it would behave with what styles.
I've never been so happy with a new haircut, and cannot recommend Rusa enough!

I have been coming to this salon for years having followed Petra here from a previous one. I absolutely love the relaxed atmosphere and the staff are really friendly and helpful. Laura is very attentive and always works wonders with my colour and cut and I would not want to go anywhere else! My girls now also come for their haircuts and really enjoy the 'animal' gown they get to wear and the sweets at the end!

All staff were lovely. I was very fussy but Faye made sure we went through everything thoroughly and I got exactly what I wanted. Would recommend.

Excellent customer service always, I've been going to Rusa for a few years now...my Hairdresser is John, he has become a good friend, always gives advice with regards do's and dont's for my hair...I have referred a few of my friends inc my Sister to Rusa now, all very very pleased with both the experience and the cut and condition of their hair afterwards...they have late evening openings too which is perfect for me as I work full time, it works well too as we go for our tea afterwards and make it a nice after work experience ...A definite must try..????

I went to salon this morning,my hair was a mess,dull,lifeless and hacked at.John did my hair,cut and blow.He made me human again.Hair is full of life,shiny and cut perfect.I will certainly go back again and recommend him to my friends.He was lovely,friendly and polite,and it's the first time I've gone to hairdressers and come out smiling.Certainly made my day.

As usual impeccable service and attention to detail. Love my new colour with gorgeous highlights of red and strawberry blonde. Staff very friendly and listen! Would highly recommend

One of the few places who actually do what you ask and not what they think! Laura always listens to the customer and advises. She has never been wrong yet !

This is my regular favourite salon and felt like a change is style. After a talk about colour and how much change I wanted to my hair length Petra came up with a new trendy short cut and fabulous colour.
I was greeted by very courteous, helpful staff and offered a coffee. It whole experience, as usual was relaxed andi enjoyed the conversation and watching my style develop. I cannot fault the service or quality.

Only hairdresser I have been to and been happy with my fringe! Which is a big deal for most of us. Laura gets customer requests with salon advice in the correct balance....

Have been going to Rusa for sone time but this was the first time I had been seen by Petra. After a quick chat about what I wanted I had a relaxing hair wash followed by a great cut and blow dry. Petra did exactly what I asked for and I was delighted with the result. I would definitely recommend a visit.

I went to rusa today after booking my appointment last minute on line which was fab.i have long hair with layers that I am trying to grow out.laura always checks I am happy with the amount needed cutting before she does which puts me at ease.i would totally recommend Laura at rusa.she is chatty and always blows my hair lovely which is why I followed her from her previous salon.fab ????

i've been going to Rusa now for a couple of years. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. The team are so professional, caring, helpful, but above all, friends. If I want to do something to my hair that isn't going to work, they tell you. If you go in with a new idea they take the time to sit down and sit and talk. I trust them, they certainly know what they are doing, and they care about their clients (friends). I really just don't know what I'd do without them. If Rusa closed I don't know what I would do. My hair has always been the bain of my life, so thin and fine, but Rusa overcame this and helped me!

Always get the best service, cut and advice. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

I had the most wonderful time having my hair cut at Rusa's today. The staff are just the best! Attentive and friendly and fun, had a gorgeous hair treatment given by Petra, head massage par excellence ! Really pleased with my new haircut which Petra gave so much care to. Felt well special and cared for, nice cups of tea, and even a little bit of lovely singing from John :) :)

Came to have a wash, cut colour and blow dry on 12/08/15 with John.

Fantastic guy, really nice to chat to and was great with my hair, understood what I wanted even when I wasn't explaining it very well.

Very pleased with result. Would definitely recommend.

My daughter came today and had her hair cut which was beautifully done, but above all my sick cousin attended with here, the staff treated her with the upmost respect this salon is second to none highly recommended to all. Thank you all xx

Visited the salon today(5th August).
Laura as usual was brilliant. She listened to my concerns over my style, offered advice, including a blow drying session and I emerged minus grey hairs and (temporarily)curly.

Faye was confident with my hair - which is important to me as I was anxious about going from ombré back to blonde but Faye did a perfect job brightening my hair and blending in the blonde. Really happy especially with my curls which many struggle to do with my hair but Faye did a great job! Have definitely found myself a new stylist!!! Very happy.

I always enjoy the friendly and professional service at Rusa Hair.

Had a really lovely time this morning at Rusa hairdressers in Moreton ! Had my hair colour done. Was made to feel so welcome, such friendly staff. Had the treatment as well ... Bliss and really makes a difference to my hair condition :) Had two cups of tea and some lovely conversations whilst having my hair done. Would thoroughly recommend. My hair looks great !

Today was my 3rd visit to Rusa and I literally couldn't fault anything! Jon is a miracle worker and his attention to detail is next to none, worth every single penny, thank you again!

My Daughter went for a hair up practice for her prom. Not sure what she wanted, but John talked it through with her and made her feel completely at ease. Looking forward to getting it done again. Lovely people.

Went for cut & highlights. Faye did a great job good advice on colour and really pleased with the results - now I'm all ready for summer! Nice friendly staff not stuffy like some hairdressers.

I always get a warm welcome when coming to Rusa. All staff engage in conversation and are friendly and welcoming.
If I was asked to make a recommendation it would be Rusa.
