Lovely colour, cut an blow dry. Lili is always friendly and helpful. Would like to see the head massages happen, but not a big problem. What is important to me is trust in my stylist, which I have ?

Fabulous salon and a great service from beginning to end. Leanne is a great stylist, offers lots of advice and cuts hair perfectly, I went in blonde and came out dark, my hair looks amazing. Saying that all the stylists are great everybody in there left the salon looking glam! The girls on the front desk are also very happy and helpful. Hair wash was amazing, a nice head massage and a little treatment thrown in, my hair was very dry on arrival now it is really shiny and looks healthy. The capachino was divine .... Better than Costa !!!!!! You will not be disappointed when you leave you will feel a million dollars. Well done to Carl Keith and his amazing stylists.

I love my hair colour by Leanne. She always does an excellent job and even washes it too, which is actually the best hair wash I’ve ever had. I felt really pampered. I would really recommend her as she’s so talented and a lovely lady ?
Following operation n hand and unable to do own hair I booked wash and blow dry with Lauren (Kate). Was pleased with results. Such a lovely girl and had good conversations too.
Always a pleasure going to the salon. The staff are friendly and professional but most of all I get the best haircut. People always ask me where I get my cut and I am always happy to promote the salon.
Was amazed that you came to my rescue.Was disappointed with the result as my hair looked unusually flat on top with no body. I thought Eileen had cut it too short. Having re-done it myself, the cut is brilliant; think Lauren needs to perfect blow drying short hair, using a product. This salon many years ago introduced me to “bed head” which I still use.. I feel a tad aggrieved at the cost; think I paid Eileen’s rate when a newly qualified trainee did the blow dry. Nevertheless was grateful
I came to the salon and asked for a pink balayage. During the pre visit and the consultation where I showed photos of people with similar hair colour to mine I emphasised I wanted to see clear pink and was assured that this would be the case. I know that hair colour is not an exact science and I accept that. When my hair was finished and I felt quite intimidated but was disappointed and I mistakenly left the salon after I had paid over £100 with no pink at all evident on my hair. This is my biggest complaint why send someone away when their hair is the same colour as when they arrived and clearly not pink as asked? I returned straightway with my mum and the assistant manager was at the desk I explained and she went to get the stylist but did not return which I honestly thought was strange as given there was a complaint being made.
The stylist returned was very defensive and said ‘I said it would be a shade of pink, it is there it's subtle’ I disagreed with this. She said to come back but there will be an extra charge to finish it again, I thought this was unfair but I was mostly concerned with getting my hair pink.
When we returned a few days later and the stylist was borderline arguing with us saying she didn’t say it would be pink in the consultation. My mum stepped in and said ‘you were shown pictures beforehand and I asked you directly would it be pink and you said yes’. At this point the stylist agreed it was not and backed down a little and we just agreed to try and continue.
The positive was that the initial hair cut and finish was nice.
It has been re done it is not noticeably pink. I am really annoyed that I was sent away with no acknowledgement that my hair was not pink. I feel that they were just keen to get me out of the door and hope I didn't have the confidence to question the poor job they'd done. At no point did I receive an apology for this, just bad attitude. I will not return, and if I was asked 'do I recommend Carl Keith?' my answer would be no.
Always a lovely experience with discreet friendly and professional service. All staff members are respectful and clearly care about the comfort and needs of clients .

Regularly have my colour, cut & finish here by Lilli and Carl. Always fantastic service, friendly staff and highly experienced. This week they went above and beyond in coming in early to sort my hair. Had to rearrange previously booked appointments due to personal family emergency. The caring and supportive response from both Lilli and Carl was 500% and more. I totally recommend their salon. They are more than just a hairdressing salon in expertise and much much more.
Leaane cuts my hair just as I like it. I can manage it fine when it's cut properly between appointments.

Always exceptional service, (short pixie cut) honest opinion given on whether cut will suit hair type and hair texture. Flattering precision cut and good selection of quality hair products available. Staff friendly and approachable. Thursday evening and salon was busy, clean and organised - can’t fault the service from beginning to end
