I always feel welcomed and really looked after here. All the staff are lovely! I travel 13 miles from where I live just to get my hair cut here as I wouldn't go anywhere else. I either get my hair cut with Lily, Nikki or Jane and all are lovely to chat to!

Had my eyebrows waxed and tinted today by Emily, great additon to your staff. She was lovely taking her time to explain all the things she can do with in her role. Emily was very professional, ensuring I was happy with the result.
Came to the salon today and really enjoyed my appointment, asked for layers in my mid-length hair and was very happy with the style... Very friendly staff and stylist and professional.
As usual Nicky gave me a great haircut. She's always a pleasure & so skilled.
Ashliegh curled my hair & put half of it up & it was lush. Everyone complimented it when I was out. First time I'd met Ashliegh & she was such a lovely person and a great addition to team.

Very pleased with my experience at this beautiful salon from the friendly reception, to consultation, colour application, wash, cut and style ? Oh and the complimentary glass of red wine!! Spotlessly clean. Friendly professional staff. I will return.

I thought £148 was a tad expensive tbh...I did enquire about the breakdown of my appointments which involved roots foils a trim and blow dry(I had previously washed my hair)....£22 of it was for a product I bought...apparently it was £33 for a 20 minute blow dry for my shortish hair!......I was looking to go back to Carl Keith after a couple of years away and was grateful they fit me in...but I definitely cant pay that amount again!
Love Carl Keith salon. Service is always excellent and I love the way Nicky styles my hair. I always feel good after a visit.
