With a very busy work schedule, a boss who is a slave driver and a child and husband who take no prisoners I was really struggling to fit in for my long awaited hair appointment!
I walked in off the street to be greeted with a smile, nothing was too much hassle and the lady organised a patch test there and then and for me to be booked in for 2 days later!

I was very disappointed i was in my wheelchair and ended up with my clothes soaked which has never happened elsewhere. All for £137 which is £40 more than my previous visit here for the same treatment. Not happy to return and glad it wasnt winter or id have been ill.

As usual I was treated with respect and Covid safe. Lily as akways completed my hair colour with my personal choice and also her own super profession salon recommendations. All the other staff were very helpful and kept myself and other clients very safe. Thank you so much. Great communication and loved my hair colour and style. Eileen my hairdresser is amazing. Felt intimidated by the lady at the door not asking me if I was OK with wearing a mask. Bluntly informed me everyone in here has to wear one and use hand sanitisation, I would prefer to wash my hands than use hand sanitisation . She did not ask if I was exempt which I am. Will go back to have my hair cut by Eileen without the bluntless at the door and without needing to tell my confidential medical history.
I love the service and genuine care I get from each and every member of staff.
Jane is amazing and knows just what to do when I come in to make me feel brand new xx
Lili was absolutely lovely and very easy to talk to whilst cutting my hair. She advised what was best with my hair as I was unsure. My hair looks and feels a million time better! I will definitely booking back in with Lili for my next cut.
