This was they first time I have been back since lockdown. I felt very safe, social distancing was observed, hand sanitizer provided, full PPE. Everywhere was immaculate. It was lovely to see Faye again, had a great treatment as always.

Craig did a lovely cut on my hair I had paid prior by card online but I was very disappointed on when leaving the salon I explained to the lady on the desk I had already paid but was told I had to pay a additional £5.00 ,for the small towel and apron given on arrival for my hair appointment I already had my own mask you are not told this prior to your appointment which I think is disgusting to the customer a absolute rip off a shame because I was happy with Craig who done by hair but the way this ppe bill is just added on spoilt it completely.

I have again attended the salon with more measures in place than last time, but staff do not make any issues and take it all in their stride. Carl coloured and cut my hair, I felt safe and comfortable the whole time I would highly recommend, wonderful place.

I was very impressed with the new way of working and systems implemented to maintain social distancing. You receive your own personal bag with a gown and single use towel. I would definitely recommend.

Amazing hair cuts for me and my daughter, Kyle was friendly and talked my daughter through her first visit to the salon making her feel relaxed. He then cut and styled our hair beautifully

Thank-you!! The set-up is obviously different, but the layout and more importantly, the people working here have confidence in the changes, and are utterly professional, from reception to assistants to stylists. Not going to lie, loved the music choice today.

Lois is very good and very patient. She seems to understand exactly what I want even when I don’t explain very well. I’m very pleased with my hair. Despite the current COVID-19 situation I felt safe and the atmosphere was still pleasant.
As always a thoroughly professional approach especially in view of the current Covid restrictions & protocol. I felt safe & considered at all times by Lily whilst it not impacting too much on my pleasant experience of a return to Carl Keith Salon.

Lou was excellent. She cut my hair perfectly and she moved me to a seat that had been sanitized. I was pleased that the stylists wore visors and I was handed a pack with my own gown and towel. I was offered hand sanitizer when I arrived and there were screens between washbasins.
I would have felt more comfortable if the receptionist wore a mask and if other customers wore masks.

Fabulous to have everybody back and the safety and hygiene was paramount in their care and service during my visit. At no time did I feel compromised on safety and social distancing. A lot of work and thought has been undertaken to reopen in different circumstances but still have the same lovely experience when you visit. Well done everybody. It was great to be back.
