Had cut and blow by Nikki, fantastic job as usual, would not have anyone else cut my hair, great experience more expensive than some places but you get what you pay for.
As ever, Nicki provided a wonderful and familiar surrounding to make the most anxious relaxed. Couldn't praise her more or the experience at Carl Keith's

I’ve been going to Carl Keith for as long as I can remember and I’ve never had a bad experience. All the staff are lovely, so professional, and amazing at what they do. The salon is just gorgeous with the best atmosphere, there is literally always someone cleaning. Lilli completely transforms my hair every time I go, I could never even contemplate going anywhere else!! ?

Didn’t really want to be writing this but here we go….
Not been for a long while and plucked up the courage to sort out my hair.
Rang to find my stylist had left so had to look at starting afresh with another instead
Arrived 1st thing. 1st customer in…
Not much said . Shown to a seat in front of the wash room
Whilst waiting just observed the salon and was taken back to see dirty surfaces, brushes full of hair, dirty floors, empty biscuit packets and a block of shelving with products near my feet just full of hair and dirt.
It looked as though it was unfinished from the a busy weekend
I used to love having my hair ‘spruced’ and it was done with such passion by my previous stylist….
I know everyone manages clients differently and it’s a case of starting again, maybe I was a little spoilt previously but this experience just left me a little deflated.
It felt like I had come to the wrong place.
So sorry but I just felt I had to be honest.
