Absolutely gorgeous salon. Lauren is amazing at what she does and I’ve never had so many compliments on my hair. I would definitely recommend this salon to my friends and family and be confident that they’d be happy with the result. It is the most I’ve paid for my hair but I am always delighted when I leave and they do have offers and discount events available throughout the year.

Caring, compassionate, extremely professional and well groomed salon representative, Eileen oozes grace, knowledge and is incredibly thoughtful. She’s warm, bubbly and has a real eye for ‘your style’ and what would suit you. She is now my ‘go to’ hair stylist.

I have just had the most lovely morning in Carl Keith's and was made to feel truly valued as a customer. I received a free paraffin wax hand treatment whilst I waited from Emma and have booked in for a massage and facial with her on Monday! Lois as always was very attentive and friendly and did a great job. I'm already looking forward to my next visit! X

Was made very welcome on my first visit. I was a bit early and was given a coffee while I waited and made comfortable. My stylist talked me through everything and I was less nervous by then. Will definitely be returning. Sorry I dont know stylist name. Was going to ask do you do a loyalty card?
