Everything about this salon is 5star from start to finish. The head and hand massage from Amy was so relaxing. And the menu and drinks on offer make it a special treat. Can’t recommend Carl, Lilly and the team enough

Been having my hair taken from copper to ash blonde over the past few months by Lois and prior by Lou. Couldn't recommend them enough- best salon in Liverpool. Julie at reception is always welcoming, the girls look after you with hot drinks, head massage and massage chair making it a lovely little treat, and best of all they use only cruelty free products. Worth the 1.5 hr journey!
My colour was to great satisfaction aswell as my cut and blow dry. The service is always calm , respectful and professional.
Helen dunn is the stylist I have used for a long time, she is fantastic at her craft & always gets my colour & cut just as I like it. She is also very entertaining & I really enjoy my hair appointment with her.

I’ve been coming to Carl Keith’s for over a year now. The whole salon experience is brilliant. The products used, equipment, spacious areas and staff are excellent. The cost is excellent value considering the standard of professionalism from all. Highly recommend. I used to go into city centre salons but not know I’ve found this gem ?

I came to the salon for the very first time this evening. I chose Jane to restyle my hair and I have to say she did a brilliant job. She is extremely well-informed as a hairdresser and gave really good professional advice to me about my hair. I really wish I had come sooner to the salon, but for sure in the future I will always come back to you, and to Jane. Thank you very much also to the young lady who washed my hair; really enjoyed talking to her and she was very polite and friendly.
