First time I have ever been to Carl Keith. My appointment was for a hair up for a wedding today and I had a fab experience. Lou was lovely, did exactly what I wanted, did a fab job of my hair and put my fascinator in place for me. Enjoyed my cut and finish today with Lois. Staff are always friendly and welcoming. Only changed to this salon in December last year after being with my previous salon for over 10 years. So far I have not been disappointed with my treatment or finish to my hair. Very glad I made the decision to change now.

Went in today and from receptionist to everybody they are all so friendly and salon is lovely,you get a drink of your choice,massage chair when you are getting your hair washed,my hairdresser today was Lou and like all of the lovely girls that do my hair excellent service,I had my extensions tightened and sewn in and they feel great,excellent blowdry just how I like it,she listened to everything I wanted,couldn't say anything bad,5* hairdressers
