I've been a few times to get my hair cut here. Each time it has been cut just how I want it. Even better it's only 5 minutes walk from my new house.

Fay transforms my weak nails into the AMAZING ones I always wanted! She does a far superior job to the expensive salons I’ve been to, in Liverpool. She is a wonderful advert for her work as a beautician and is both friendly and highly professional!

The experience is lovely in this place and I've been coming since I was 17 and I'm now 33. I'm not very happy with my hair this time I'm afraid, it seemed like everything I was wanting I was getting put off it. I wanted to keep the length but have nice layers throughout and a big heavy side fringe. I left with a trim and a little side fringe, I couldn't tell how much she had taken off as she had waved it but it was not much at all and it needed a good cut as I haven't been for years. Also I went for my skin test and asked how much it would be, I got told 71 but it ended up being 77. I didn't say anything out of politeness and gave abit more as I always tip. I have to now get my hair cut again because it just wasn't enough. I'm not happy because it's a lot of money for me having to go and get it done again. Don't get me wrong Lauren was really lovely I just didn't leave fully happy and how you should feel leaving a salon. Sorry

I came to the salon for the first time in fact the first time having my hair coloured in years. The lovely Lou did my colour and style. From start to finish my experience was fantastic. I had to take my little girl and they involved her, learning her how how to curl using straighteners. All the girls where lovely and welcoming. Overall 10/10
