This was my first time at your salon and I was treated extremely well. The staff are warm and welcoming and couldn’t do enough for me. I felt pampered and relaxed. Helen did my hair and she was so lovely i have not had my hair coloured before and she reassured me and gave me good advice. As a new customer to this salon I was obviously apprehensive- I needn’t have worried. The staff and especially my stylist Lauren made me feel so welcome and at ease. The advice I was given about my colour and cut was spot on and I am really pleased with my result. I will definitely return.

Megan was brilliant she did a fantastic job on my hair, I love the colour and the curly blow dry. I also had my eyebrows waxed, the girl managed to fit me in at short notice. I would highly recommend this salon as I have a brilliant experience every time I visit.

After having tried 3 different saloons in the city centre which were all lower than average (all had top prices too) I was recommended Carl Keith’s by a friend. I’ve have been twice now and the lovely Megan worked wonders with my hair and so much more relaxed and smarter than the one I was using in town!
I use Carl Keith a lot... the girls are so lovely and professional and the salon is gorgeous. I get a wide range of services including hair cut, colour, styled, blow dries and up dos. I also use their beauty salon. I actually look forward to going in and being really looked after. I've never had a bad experience! Megan and Chloe are my go to girls but they are all fab!

do their utmost to give their clients what they want - but will let you know in advance if something isn’t going to be possible / work for you, and go out of their way to offer appropriate alternatives.

I've not been to the hairdressers for years and I found my experience at Carl Keith's amazing. I was at ease with the friendly staff who made the whole experience a treat. Some people are very nervous when going into a salon for the first time. I would highly recommend this place to any one who needs to get back into the salon for treatments. I went in for a consultation and a skin test a few days before my appointment. Lauren talked me through everything to achieve the best results for me. I have already booked my next appointment.

I have been going to Carl keith for a couple of years. I enjoy the luxury of the salon. It is a pamper treat to have my hair or my nails done here. All staff are friendly and experienced. On my visit today I left loving my hair. You can’t ask for better than that.
Lovely workers very gentle and comforting
I have gone to Faye several times for eye brow, eye lash tinting and body waxing. She does a fantastic job never had a bad result after any treatment, unlike other salons. Used facial and body treatments in past always a pleasure. The staff are lovely in salon.
