I called into the salon after 4.00pm on 22nd December. I did not have an appointment & just called in on the off chance I could get a haircut before Christmas never really thinking I would! I was told that Jane had just had a cancellation & could do it there & then.
I was very impressed with the whole experience & Jane was lovely & understood exactly how I wanted my hair cutting.
Many thanks to Carl Keith for getting me out of a last minute fix in time for Christmas!
All staff were great, particularly Nikki, as ever. Colour and cut were as requested and professionally carried out.
Always great service but just had roots done today and seems a little expensive. Normally foils/colour/wash/cut/blow around £100 or £110. Today roots/wash. No blow at all or cut. That’s fine that’s what I booked as late addition and all that could be fitted in. Seems bit OTT

Attended the salon today with my daughter for the first time for a Sunday blow dry . What a great asset to Rainhill having a Sunday salon open . The staff were very attentive polite and cheerful . A lovely relaxing experience in the hair washing room . My stylist was very communicative and asked throughout if the style was to my liking . Overall a great experience.

Having not visited the newly sited salon before, I was delighted with every aspect of todays visit. From reception, waiting area where hot and cold drinks are available, intro to my stylist and separate washing area, the salon is spacious and well laid out. Leanne my stylist for today asked how i would like my hair and the end result was fabulous. So happy with it. The price was great value in comparison to other salons I have visited and will definitely be returning for future appointments. Highly recommended.

I love coming to get my hair done at Carl Keith.. I tend to come once every 6 weeks to get my colour done; so the price is worth it for the peace of mind that my hair looks nice! Lilli was fab as ever, and helped me to choose a new colour today. Recommend this salon to everyone, have done for years.
Last time I was happy but very very disappointed this time !! I think they need to keep some better hairdresser for kids only !!
