Not happy with colour despite making this clear advise given was to keep washing it 8 washes later been back to salon still not happy with hair, customer service and no resolution with Christmas 5 days away and a party this evening

My visit to the salon today was relaxed and friendly. Social distancing between seats continues which made me feel more relaxed. My stylist Lauren was friendly and made me feel at ease. The whole experience was lovely and I was very pleased with my hair when I left the salon.
