I attended Toni and Guy St Helens close to tears after a bad cut at another branch. Sue listened to me and corrected the cut. I will definitely be back to this branch for my next cut.

Very pleased with new style, Gemma was extremely supportive as have gone from shoulder length to pixie.

While I’ve always come to Paula to cut my hair, since having cancer treatment my hair has gone very white, so now I have colours put in by Rodger. They look quite subtle and natural and I’m super pleased with the service I receive.

Paula always does exactly what is right for my hair! Having lots of very thick, mad curly hair, I had a lot of disastrous haircuts before I found Paula but now it looks great and I haven’t been anywhere else for the past ten years. It’s worth saying that I live 35 miles away from the salon since I moved but still come back to Paula x

Oh my gosh. I have never experienced anything like the attention to detail as Sue gave me. She completely understood what I needed and suggested above am beyond what I had imagined. She is quite dimly the best hairdresser I’ve ever met. I don’t want to go anywhere else ever again.

Roger is one of the best colourists I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. He’s turned my hair from awful tacky blonde that was really dry into a a subtle blonde that’s glowing with health! Can’t recommend him enough

I can’t praise Sue enough for her talent and care taken every time she cuts and styles my hair. I trust her whole heartedly. My hair is very thick and I am going away, as soon as the heat and moisture hit my hair it is even bushier!! Sue cut my hair in a way that it was so so much thinner but keeping the amazing style!! I always get comments about how gorgeous my hair looks after a cut! Sue makes me feel comfortable and happy, which for me is a hard thing to achieve. Thank you Sue :)
