This was my first visit to chapter one I felt I was looked after very well, Cameron in particular spoke me through everything she was doing and made my experience relaxing and enjoyable, such a professional and lovely atmosphere all round.

Ellie and the team were welcoming, friendly and very professional. I have been going to chapter one for a number of years and have not been disappointed.

Yet another brilliant facial treatment done by Lisa. Had a shoulder back and neck massage too and that was amazing. Thanks Lisa. Love dermalogica products always make your skin feel great and look good too. If you’ve never tried these products then give them a try you’ll be really impressed with them and the result they give you.

As always all the staff were lovely and very pleased with my colour , foils , cut , blow dry and finish.Highly recommend.

As usual a very pleasant and relaxing treatment. Could have stayed for another half an hour on the lovely comfortable bed ?

Someone is always there to greet you at Chapter One and I was taken straight away. Marianne is professional and friendly and was patient with my 2 year old clamber on top of me as she was trying to cut my hair. I love the massaging chair and the head massage options which really do make this experience good value. Thanks again.

As always Emma worked her magic, I entered the salon feeling frumpy left like a princess. (Well we can always dream?). I so enjoy getting my hair done, I can relax, enjoy a coffee and a chat feeling comfortable knowing I am getting a very professional treatment.

From entering the salon I was made welcome by the receptionist Laura who proceeded to check me in and ask if I would like a refreshment.
I was then gowned and taken care of from start to finish

Rachel is lovely, very gentle and a great beauty therapist. Had a fab relaxing pedicure, and my wee tootsies are all buffed, polished & ready to be paraded poolside!!

James did my cut and colour. I cannot fault the experience from the moment I stepped in the salon. Even before really, as it was so convenient having the private car park. Everyone is delightful. The salon is really well laid out, toilets immaculate etc. All in all a lovely experience?

The team at Chapter One are amazingly talented, approachable and attentive. They stylists listen to your needs and requests and always use the best quality products and equipment. The salon is immaculate and the staff have fantastic training and experience. You are treated like a VIP as soon as you step in the door and you leave feeling like a million bucks!

Great nail colour and very good treatment. Only unfortunate thing was after 2 days a couple of nails chipped which is a shame when it was gel nail polish
