skin solver treatment was amazing. Lisa was very welcoming and took the time to explain all the products to me. The treatment was relaxing and my skin felt great afterwards. I would highly recommend this treatment.

Love everything about the place. Massage chair, head massage, free drink, great ambiance, helpfulness of staff and most of all the professionalism of Emma Thompson who is a delightful young lady.

I have been going to Lisa for a while now for Massage treatments, she’s professional, friendly and I always feel fab after one of her massage treatments... I have a driving job and my neck and back feel great after seeing Lisa. Would definitely recommend for anyone who has any aches or pains or just simply wants to be spoiled and to fully relax

I came to the salon a few months ago in a state of despair. Hair was dry, brassy and the cut was awful. James transformed my hair over the coming months and now I am a regular every week.

I have said it before and I will say it again, that woman is a magician. Fantastic keratin treatment today, what an impressive difference! All the gals (and gents!) in the salon are so lovely. A great experience for a Thursday afternoon. Well done to all! X

Amazing stylist, cut my hair exactly as I asked for and very friendly and talkative ☺️ Usually see Debbie who is equally as good and friendly! Best hairdressers I’ve been to & definitely wouldn’t ever change now I’ve found them! All the young girls who wash hair etc are all so lovely and polite!

My recent visit to Chapter One was great, Natalie always listens to my concerns and
requests and we work together for what’s best for my hair. This visit was special as Neve was also having her hair cut by Cameron, they managed to squeeze her in and it gave us some much needed girlie time.

I always have a lovely relaxing time when at Chapter One hair Spa. It is more than just a hairdresser experience. Love my visits and getting looked after so well by all the lovely staff.
Marianne does wonders with my hair everytime and it has never been in such good condition as it is now.
