Always 5 ???? always flawless from the second you walk in the door to the second you leave ????

I have been to Chapter One for just over a year now. The condition of my hair is much improved thanks to the quality of service and after care products. As always I love my cut and colour with Marianne. She really listens to what I ask for and delivers every time.

Ellie did an excellent job restyling my daughters hair into a pretty bob. The only other feedback I have is missing haribos for the kids :). This little treat used to be given to the kids with their drink and now seems to have stopped. It was a nice touch before to treat the kids to a little something.

Was a really good experience, was very comfortable and enjoyable.

Wanted to change colour slightly just a touch of grey this has been tried before but did not quite work until Emma had a go delighted with result thank you Emma your a star.x

It's always a pleasure coming to get my brows and lashes done. Lisa is always friendly and approachable. Always have a good chat and a laugh. Atmosphere is always nice and relaxing, Lisa always makes sure you're comfortable. I'm never disappointed with the end result

I have been going to Chapter One since I moved back here in 2011. The staff are all so helpful, friendly, very professional. Terrific atmosphere lovely salon.

Rachel was lovely and did a fantastic job on my nails. The geleration polish lasted over two weeks and only needed redone because of nail growth, not chipping. Will definitely go again.

Emma is a fab hairdresser, she always styles my hair better than my expectations! Lovely salon and all friendly, professional staff

In love with my hair

Today I had a lovely visit to the salon. First time Rachel has done my eyebrows, normally Lisa does them. Rachel was really nice. She asked from start to finish what I wanted and has done a great job. Very pleased with my brows!

Another fantastic cut and colour! I love how Marianne can take the picture in my head and make it come to life! She's an absolute artist.

A lovely reception and quickly picked up by Emma for a consultation about what I wanted done. Passed to Alana for hair wash on vibrating chair and head back to basin. Back to chair and mirror and offered a head massage- fabulous. Emma had my favourite coffee waiting for me with a tasty bit of caramel shortbread. Emma cut my hair with care and attention to detail. Most enjoyable experience!

Hair badly needing cut and just not had time. Managed to get an appointment with Cameron who was lovely and managed to fix the mess.

Had my hair coloured and glossed a few times now and it never fails the people who ask me the colour or who done it. Plus the blow dry and curl set by Ellie lasts me a week outstanding service pampered to the Max

This was the first time I have been to the salon and was not sure which hairdresser to choose. I decided on James and was not disappointed at all. Really good haircut and very nice guy.

Always an absolute joy to visit this salon and get my hair done. Haven’t had any bad experience here. All staff are friendly, welcoming and always very professional. It’s starts with your front of house reception staff who greet every client who walks through the door right through to apprentice staff to the stylists, the exact same professionalism is found in every member of staff. Staff retention seems to be very good also, which always shows a good working environment and good staff management. The salon always has a foot atmosphere and it always seems like the staff have a very solid working relationship which makes for a very relaxing experience. Every aspect of your appointment is treated with a very personal and valued approach, right down to booking the next appointment. Highly recommend this salon and look forward to my appointments every time!

Redken products are fabulous and maintain my intense colour between visits.
