I have been a client at Chapter One since they first opened and always have a fantastic experience every time I am in the salon. The staff are all absolutely great! I am always extremely happy with my hair and always enjoy learning new styling techniques and tips from Marianne. I never hesitate to recommend Chapter One to anyone.

I always enjoy my appointment at chapter one everyone is so lovely friendly and very professional. They make their customers feel valued and special. Paul knows exactly how I like my hair done and often suggests new styles and colours that I might like to try. The whole experience is a treat from start to finish.

In today for my haircut and finish. I have been going to this salon for a long time. Service is always amazing and the girls Discuss what you wish done with your hair making a thorough consultation. I usually get my hair done by Emma but today Debbie did it. Fantastic cut and curls and condition of my hair is so nice after a conditioning treatment.
Girls in training also give a lovely head, neck and shoulder massage.

Hair done today by Debbie. Really pleased with the cut and finished with curling my hair which had stayed in as my hair falls out of curls easily. Service from the whole team at chapter one is outstandingly. I have been going here for a very long time now and wouldn’t feel as comfortable in another salon. Head, neck and shoulder massage is also wonderful by the girls training.

I just love Chapter One not only because Emma does such a fantastic job with my hair, but because the staff are so friendly and knowledgable. The entire team are always keeping themselves up to date with new trends in hairstyling and the beauty therapists are excellent at what they do. It’s my ‘one stop shop’ for hair and beauty ????

Marianne is a gifted colourist who has done my hair for the past 6 months am very pleased with her work and advise re my hair it’s condition colour and cut is much improved and looks expensive refined rather than obvious,happy with salon relaxed vibe everyone very helpful and pleasant, would highly recommend.

Always a great experience with Natalie. So professional but friendly. Love my hair Natalie always knows what I’m asking for and also gives me tips and ideas. Rest of the staff equally as helpful. I had heather doing my toner etc on this visit and she was fab. Great salon
