It was my first time at Chapter One. My stylist, Ellie was very professional and kind. She listened to what I wanted and her advice was very helpful. I would definitely recommend the salon services. The rest of the staff were also great ❤

I was transferred to Emma T when Emma D went on maternity leave. I have been delighted with the change and find Emma T listens and advises without being pushy. She relates well with my concerns and has steered me in the right direction re colour and cuts. She is lovely and very easy to talk with I feel as if I have known her for years.
The rest of the staff are all very nice and welcoming and only to happy to help and assist.
With all the considerations they have to make due to Covid they all play their part and make it as pain free as possible.

So good to be back and welcomed by Natalie and the team. As always come away feeling like a million dollars, wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Quick visit, first time seeing Rachel. She was very professional and all together lovely. Heading back tomorrow to see her again.

Rachel is a fabulous therapist, taking so much care to ensure nails are perfect.... she is a real perfectionist with fabulous attitude - instantly making you feel relaxed and like you’re chatting to a friend. Thank you - and my nails are fab!

Absolutely delighted with my visit today. Salon staff make you feel very safe whilst maintaining a degree of normality. Natalie has done an excellent job on my hair, I am really pleased with both the cut and colour and feel like she really took on board what I was looking for.

I have been coming to Chapter One for a couple of years now and have never been disappointed. The treatment and service you get from walking in door right till you leave is brilliant and I always walk away both relaxed and happy with all my treatments, hair and beauty. 1st time back today after 2nd lock down and left feeling great. The team here are amazing and you really feel comfortable. Keep up the good work guys ?

The whole team are excellent. I always find my experiences are good as soon as I step through the door, have the treatment and then leave - all positive and great customer service. Keep it up, you’re doing brill.

What makes a business is people ! And chapter one has some of the best. Great service every single time. No one ever seems to have a “bad day”. Even I. These very difficult times, and even though the salon experience is different, it still feels like a wee bit of normality once again.

So good to get back I. The chair after so long. Amazing head shoulder and neck massage almost sent me to sleep. Hair done properly ready to get back to work on Monday. A good haircut is like a power suit, wake up feeling fresh ready to take on the world!

So glad she got me the voucher for here. Staff are so pleasant, salon is spotless and very modern. Hair wash followed by head massage. Then Nike cut and blow dried my hair. She explained everything she was doing. Loved my cut. Looking forward to going back in 8 weeks. Thanks again ladies .

First haircut (& colour) after lockdown! It was so good to be made to feel welcome & be pampered again. Marianne is a miracle worker!

From the moment I stepped in to the salon I had an excellent experience. Everyone has been so welcoming and helpful and I felt like I’d had a real day out. All of the little touches of the time my stylist took to get to know me and my hair routine, the advice given and the head massages etc it was all just perfect. I am delighted with my hair, it looks and feels so healthy and I am feeling confident again after months of hair I haven’t enjoyed.
