Amazing service despite all the restrictions. Excellent system for keeping the place clean and chair rotation made me feel safe throughout. The usual warm welcome and fantastic haircut was fantastic.

I go to Chapter One every five weeks for a half leg wax & pedicure. I always look forward to my treatments, especially the pedicure as it's so relaxing. I normally see Lisa & have done for years, but my appointment today was with Rachael, & just as enjoyable.

Another great experience at Chapter One. Emma D made a great job tinting my grey roots and finished it off with a smooth and shiny blow dry.

This was the first time I’d been in a salon post lockdown and the first time I’d had Rachael do my hair (cut and bouncy blow-dry). She was excellent at every step, explaining what she was doing and why, and wasn’t overly gushy and talkative which can sometimes be the case at a salon. My hair looks stunning and I will definitely make my next appointment with Rachael.

Fabulous to be back and Emma made everything so normal and natural. Every precaution in place and dealt with no fuss and mannerly as usual. Not least, a great cut!! Thank you for that Emma x

Love coming to C1, Emma always listens to what I’d like and gives advice on what would suit my hair type. Great cut as always, and appreciated all the info and advice on how to style my hair! Also very efficient procedures for giving masks/disposable covers/sanitising etc. Thanks again!

Emma as always is bubbly and friendly. Listened to what my aim was today. 1st haircut since lockdown and didn't make as issue of the fact that I'd given myself a wee trim.
The salon is well organised and equipped with all the necessary precautions in regard to Co-vid 19.
You are put at ease and well attended by all the staff.
Left feeling great.

Got bond extensions done by Natalie yesterday and so happy with the result! Went with Natalie’s suggested length and thickeness which has turned out exactly how I wanted it! Perfect colour match too, blends right in with my natural hair! Expensive service but looks amazing.

bit different but great to be back. Decided to go for undercut and as usual Emma made a fantastic job with cut and colour.

Emma is just wonderful, listens to what you want offers ideas. Always cheery and welcoming and a great chat and fabby hair cut.
