Great set up, feel comfortable and safe. Was great to be back in the salon after so long. All measures in place with hand sanitiser, mask, distancing and quieter.

I am not sure if it was the time of my appointment- 6pm but I didn’t have the experience as good as before. Rachel didn’t have an assistant so had to move between me and another appointment. I was looking forward to get offered like before to get some conditioning treatment and get my head massage but this time it didn’t happen and don’t think it was Rachel’s fault as the time was tight for her to do all on her own.. apart of this I was happy with the results of my colour

This salon have really applied, and stuck to, Covid regulations so that my appointment was just as relaxing an experience as pre covid. Excellent guidance on line leading up to my appointment and on arrival I was welcomed and clearly guided around the salon and to my chair. All staff and customers were wearing masks ( customers are issued with a mask on arrival) and my routine colour and style went ahead as usual with my excellent stylist Emma T. Thank you once again Chapter One.

My massage and facial, was amazing, came away feeling totally relaxed.
Lisa is so professional, and in this current climate, I felt totally safe. Thanks again Lisa.

I had a very relaxing & well overdue visit to Chapter One today, to have a leg wax & pedicure. Obviously things are a bit different, but from stepping through the front door, there was hand sanitiser, & everything was absolutely well thought out. My session was just as nice as before, all was good. Even though I had my own mask I was asked to use a disposable mask provided by the staff, which I had no problem with. Lisa was wearing mask, gloves & apron, & I felt totally at ease, & there was an abundance of cleaning products in the therapy room to use before & after each client. It was a nice visit to Chapter One & the staff were very helpful.

It was an absolute pleasure to be back!!!

It was wonderful to be back getting my nails done by the lovely Lisa. Under these strange circumstances I felt so at ease with their professional service.

First visit since lockdown.....and I wasn’t disappointed ....all their safety precautions were well in place and staff took time to explain all their procedures! Felt very safe at all times! Marianne took time to discuss my colour and cut....like everyone my hair was very grown out!!!! Marianne spent a lot of time on my hair and I am absolutely delighted with the result!

Was so lovely to be back in the Salon, really missed my visits over the last few months. I received alot of compliments from family and friends about my hair and I'm loving my new style. Thanks to Natalie and your great team ?

With working from home for the last 4 months and not having a suitable workstation (dining table and laptop) I was feeling the pressures it caused to my back. Treated myself to a hot stone massage and almost immediately felt the tension easing! Will definitely be booking again! Safety and hygiene in place of the salon. I felt safe in our current situation.

Suggestion of automatic hand sanitisers on entry and back door exit. Ellie was wearing a visor when we arrived, at my own place of work we have been advised that viisor’s should not be treated as a mask , they are Shields, the best protection if wanting to use the shield is to use a mask underneath. Perhaps different rules for salons, looking out not only for customers health but that of your staff. Gemma absolutely loved her hair cut - Ellie did an outstanding job.

Absolutely amazing first time at this salon, and will be staying results far bet my expectations, James spent all day correcting the mess I’d made with home dyes. Left with it to perfection

So good to be back with my Chapterone family. Felt so comfortable in the salon and my hair is absolutely amazing. Always such a wonderful experience. It felt so normal even with the PPE and distancing measures. As always the attention to detail is outstanding.

It was so good to get back to the salon after kickdown. Fantastic colour and cut as always and on top of that the safety measures really make you feel comfortable and secure without being invasive. Great to have you all back doing what you do best - making us all look beautiful. Thank you

Had another amazing experience at Chapter One. the lovely Heather brought my colour back to life as always with a cheery manner and lovely blather. Enjoyed my latte and chocolate bite mmmmmm. The lovely Ellie then gave me a fantastic blow dry and even crimped it for my 80’s weekend. I left one very happy customer and can’t wait until my next visit.

It’s a nice place to go for a haircut with a good atmosphere where staff are really friendly.
I also like not being judged! I’ve been in salons before where staff look you up and down and can be quite conceited, rude and judgemental but not in Chapter One. All genuinely friendly, approachable and honest.
Great to see Modern Apprentices being valued and treated respectfully by experienced staff too.
Overall can’t recommend enough.
