Love my regular trips to the salon. Nothing ever too much trouble - even when I turn up at the wrong time!! That won't happen again!!

Fantastic. Heather is so lovely and a great hairdresser. I feel she really looks after me. She is an asset to the Chapter One team.

I called the salon to get my 3 year old’s hair done and even tho there was no slots they managed to fit my wee one in . ....my wee one acted like a little devil and all the staff did so well to cut her hair 10/10 will be a regular and my wee one even got a bag of sweets even tho she screamed the shop down !

As being a client with additional support needs, James was very understanding to the fact that this wouldn’t be a conventional hair cut and adapted to suit and made the environment more tolerable as hair cuts can be a stressful and worrying experience. Thank you James for making this an inclusive salon!

You are guaranteed a first class service from Heather and Alana. Alanas head massages are amazing so relaxing, always made to feel special and are cared for I’ve just had hip replacement surgery and was well looked after constantly checking into see if I was okay and said they would stop to give me a break at any time. Paul and Natalie you have an amazing team likewise when in Eskbank, Steph is great too always very welcoming. Only gave 4 star for value as feel bit expensive, however is great service xx

Paul always takes the time to talk to me and ask what I want and give suggestions always appropriate for my hair.

Just home after having another fantastic experience at Chapter One. From the minute I walked in the door I was greeted with a happy smile. The staff always take time to ask how my day has gone and are genuinely interested in what I say. The special touches like the amazing latte with chocolate to die for and the massaging chairs when getting your hair washed to the amazing head massage make every visit to Chapter One a fantastic experience. The stylists are so knowledgable and listen to what you want and give advice when asked for. I would not go anywhere else and cannot recommend them high enough.
