Fabulous hair cut yet again

Kayleigh was absolutely fantastic. She is super friendly and kind and always does a wonderful job of my hair.

I did leave the salon feeling deflated though at being asked to pay 30% for my December booking. I budget month to month for my outgoings and was not able to afford the deposit so I left unable to book my next appointment. TBH this situation has left me wanting to look for another hair salon. I have never missed any beauty appointments and if I have hd to cancel I have always done so with at least a weeks notice. You have got the business structure wrong, you should fine people for not turning up to appointments not punish people who want an appointment but have to budget their finances. I am seriously considering taking my business elsewhere.

It is relaxation time when I visit.
I have started to take a rich hot chocolate when I arrive.
Kayleigh is a joy. Her skills are wonderful. She is a lovely person capable of solving life's problems in time as you leave.
I can't think of many hair stylists who have those abilities.

Once again can’t thank Kayleigh for not only her hair cutting skills but also how at ease she makes me feel, for me not just being a man in a fairly female environment but also having a great difficulty going into unfamiliar environments, so really can’t thank her enough for her patience at times for I am well aware I am a nervous person at times, which makes me a bit of a chatterbox ?

I had my hair cut and blow-dried with a trainee called Freya. It was a lovely experience; the atmosphere was nice and relaxed, welcoming and friendly. Freya talked through the haircut with me beforehand to ensure I was happy to proceed, and she did a lovely job and I was very pleased with the results.

I would definitely visit again.

Meghan is a fantastic stylist, friendly, professional & knows exactly what you want. All staff are friendly & create a relaxed atmosphere where you enjoy your experience from start to finish.

Kim is the first hairstylist I have had in my life who has cut my hair to properly suit it - I have very thick curly hair. She’s an amazing stylist who has good chat to go along with her great service. Apologies I can’t remember the name of the girl who washed my hair but she was also really lovely.

I had a wonderful Caci treatment with Kinga today. I’m sure she’s got magic hands! I even fell asleep for a while. Can’t wait to see her next month.
