Kayleigh was on top form.
We hadn't met for some time.
She caught up on my life.
I asked her about her wedding in May.
Kayleigh felt my hair and head as she washed it, giving my head a vigorous massage. (In my words).
My hair needed to be cut ready for spring, getting shorter again.
It always surprises me how quickly that can be done.
It is short and snappy, getting whiter each time. And just lovely.

Kayleigh was wonderful as always and listened to what I wanted with my hair, took time to understand how I normally style it and worked with that information to give a lovely cut. Even gave me a tip on trying my curls that I didn't know about. Left the salon feeling great.

Had my hair cut from Adalene yesterday, and what a wonderful experience.
She really listened to what I was looking for. I showed her a photo of two cuts that I wanted blended, and she was able to both support my choices whilst also providing me with her professional advice and knowledge regarding the haircuts that would enhance the style to work better for my hair type, and also keeping my style age appropriate, which was one of my concerns.
Adalene was warm, welcoming, easy to approach / interact with and made me feel very relaxed throughout the consultation / appointment.
