Maria is always polite and very welcoming on all the times I’ve been coming to the salon. I came in today to go on the sunbed and my minutes are short I have spoken to Maria about this. I came in on Wednesday and I had 111 minutes. I’m sure I had 18 on Wednesday didn’t come in on Thursday came in again today which is Friday had another 18 minutes and it’s only showing that I have 56 minutes left. This is incorrect. Should be 75. Could someone please look into this for me? I would be grateful staff are ,always pleasant always look nice and tidy. You have a good team working for you.

Soraia did an amazing spa facial was very pleased with result . However this was supposed to be a relaxing treat and all I could hear was thumping music ! Not good for Spa treatments. Soraia said next time could ask for the quiet room upstairs. Surely this should be where relaxing treatments are done. So although done well by a lovely Therapist while experience spoilt and I was not relaxed !!!!

Love this shop and the staff. All are equally friendly, helpful and always smiling. They are great with advice for newbies like I was. My confidence and my tan have come a long way through visiting the shop. I also have my eyebrows waxed and eyelashes done here. Recommend to everyone I talk to 😊

On my visits to the salon, I see that it is very clean and tidy in there. Girls always look smart and tidy in their uniforms which is nice to see always pleasant. Maria serves me most the time nice lady to know makes you feel comfortable and welcome all the time. I see there’s new faces in the salon. I have noticed they smile and welcome you into the salon which is nice. Always would recommend the place to anybody else very clean tidy and it always offers so much within the shop, which is good thumbs up for me highly recommended
