We apologize if there was any misunderstanding in this regard, and we assure you that we always strive to accommodate our customers' preferences. The beautician you saw was a senior level 3, who has worked with us for a number of years and is highly recommended. We can also confirm the treatment you had was a brand new introductory offer, so possibly this is what has caused confusion, as you wouldn’t have had these products with us previously. We can assure you only the new acid peel products were used during your treatment.
We also apologize for any lack of communication during your treatment. Our therapist should have kept you informed throughout the process and offered you a mirror to view her work. We will make sure to address this with our team and ensure that all our customers receive the best possible service.
