Had a spa facial followed by Indian head massage and it was incredible. Shan is super friendly and did a fantastic job. My skin feels and looks amazing. She made me feel so comfortable and at ease. The oil used for the massage has made my hair super soft and my head feels calmer and much more relaxed tan normal. Can’t recommend enough.

Booked in with Soraia for cupping massage and microdermabrasion and she was very professional made me feel at ease the whole time making sure I was okay the whole time during both treatments. During the cupping massage asked me how I like the pressure to make sure she wasn’t hurting would highly recommend it was a lovely massage and amazing microdermabrasion. I had a sunbed on my last visit. I have been coming here since 2017, and I will remain loyal to Urban Oasis, regardless of recent rumours! My favourite is Norma, she is always very professional, very welcoming and always presents herself very smart and professional looking. I would not hesitate to book any treatments with Norma, as I personally feel she is a walking advertisement. Norma is an asset to this wonderful salon.

Shanice was lovely and made me feel very welcome! Unfortunately, there were some issues with water temperature and it being freezing cold on more than one occasion when she's put it on my headN but she remained very professional and apologised and managed to finishel the wash. She was very at ease and made me feel comfortable. I had explained that I wanted to have the 'dead ends' cut of my hair which would have been about 2 inches or so. She explained this would have to be charged as a restyle which I accepted as I needed it done. However, I do feel that £33.00 for what was only a decent trim and straight cut with no actual styling or layering completed (and the hair around my face was not even cut) is a little steep price wise. I had a blow dry finish and my style was the same as I came in just slightly shorter. Shanice was lovely and I am happy with the cut all be it a few strays and some shape missing. I felt i was happy enough to pay and go but not sure if i would return mainly due to price.
Really sorry you have had a bad experience with our Wash cut and Blowdry. I have attempted to call you to resolve this amicably, after seeing this review. In the hope that you read my reply, May I state that on the day in question, due to the cold weather, I had started up the heating system and the boiler was playing up, some thing sadly that could not be helped, & for this I do apologise to you. As for the haircut that your not happy with mainly for the price, due to the fact that the heating system was affecting the hot water at this given time, and your overall experience, I have placed a credit note on your account for use in our salon for either, any of our beauty treatments Gel nails, gifts, or even if you wish to use another one of our hairstylists you may use the credit for hairdressing too.
